Pro: Posizione ottima, le ragazze sono gentilissime e disponibi, anche le indicazioni per ristoranti sono azzeccate con per fare la spesa.

Contro: Complice un freddo insolito per il periodo a Venezia, la casa era molto fredda, le ragazze sono andate a comprare dei piumoni.

Sogno veneziano

Pro: La posizione è perfetto per visitare la città, in quanto a due passi da piazza San Marco e dall'incarico dei vaporetto e delle gondole. Vicinissimi bsr, ristoranti e negozi.

Contro: La mancanza di aria condizionata.

Pro: Spacious for our family and everything we need is there. Apart from extra toilet tissue will do . We have to buy our own toilet tissue, bin bags and kitchen towels

Contro: Everything is ok few times electric power went off but its manageable

Good location, but renovation should be considered immidiately

Pro: Overall a great stay - super location, apartment located few minutes walk to boat station, very many restaurants nearby, museums, supermarkets etc, boats take you wherever you like, air contioner made the staying quite bearable, kitchen well equiped (pots, pans, dishes etc). Landlord very friendly, explained everything and made us possible to check in earlier.

Contro: Overall the apartment needs a good renovations, sofabed isnt very comfortable to sleep, baby cot wasnt offered (tho pre-asked in Booking). Bathroom (bath) very narrow, wasnt very pleasant to make it work, ceiling with water damage, would love to have some shampoo or shower gel, run out of toiletpaper during our stay, had to buy more. Kitchen has a washing machine but no washing gel to use, again had to buy it myself. Opening the windows for fresh air is complicated (some dont open at all). Slighly felt a bit overpriced. Walls are quite thin, from 9pm night peace, but neighbours didnt seem to know that.

Pro: I loved the location, it was big and clean as well. The kitchen had everything we needed and more. The appartment has a lot of space. It was really great!

Pro: Very good locality, comfort, communication with the owner.

Contro: Mistunderstanding because of differerently Localisations of an Apartment via Booking and via owner. Uncortable to transport from one point to another tired after arriving in the heat with the baggage and lot of tourists.

Comfortable lodging well located for restaurants, galleries, and event venues.

Pro: Management team was great with communication and fulfilling requests.

Contro: There was limited glassware and paper goods.

We had a comfortable and well serviced stay at this apartment and would stay here again in Venezia.

Pro: The location was superb, not to close to the tourist hubbup, with a nice little 'village' close by for great food and essentials. The directions for finding the place were easy to navigate and the welcome was friendly and informative.

Contro: The bathroom could do with an update but was totally serviceable as it was. Also if the second bedroom had a double bed it would be good for when couples or two singles were travelling. But i am being really picky here.

Pro: Prostorný byt na velmi atraktivním, ale přitom klidném místě. Nedaleko velice dobře zásobený obchod s potravinami, rovněž pizzerie, cukrárna, mnoho restaurací a obchodů.

Contro: Topení bylo nastaveno na dost nízkou teplotu, údajně v souladu s místními zákony. Sousedé byli poněkud hlučnější.
