Great break in Venice
Pro: Nice furniture and great location. House was spacious and interior was superb.
Contro: Host arrived late was was double booked. No flexibility on check out for one hour later but for the rest it was great.

Beautifully furnished Venetian home in a great canal-side location with easy water access.
Pro: The location was excellent — slightly removed from the busiest areas yet perfectly positioned along a canal with convenient water taxi access and a private mooring. The home was elegant, featuring beautiful traditional Venetian furnishings, several balconies, and a well-equipped kitchen. It’s an ideal choice for families or groups traveling together.
Contro: The beds were quite firm which made them uncomfortable, and the primary bathroom had low water pressure with no warm water from the faucet. Providing written instructions for appliances and general home use would be beneficial. The greeter from the management company was timely and friendly, but the check-in felt somewhat rushed. She forgot to collect our security deposit information during the initial meeting, later needing to contact us by phone and in person to obtain it, which was a bit inconvenient.

Beautiful house in Venice
Pro: Extremely beautiful house located away from the hustle and bustle of downtown San Marco, Venice. The house is a little pricey, but it’s definitely worth the extra expense.

Comfortable home with superb detailing - amenities galore - wonderful soaps / shampoo.
Pro: Beautiful home!!! It is what every architect and designer aspires to do for their client. Extremely clean and well taken care of. The house had everything we needed for our stay. It was great to have all the plates and utensils, full size refrigerator, ice maker, etc. in the kitchen. Well worth the price. Location was superb. Would definitely book this home again if our travels take us back to Venice. Thank you!
Contro: Beware of the dryer. It works really well. 🫨 So well, you may have to skip a meal or two to get back into your clothing. 🤣 Use it in 5 minute increments and all will be fine.

A hidden gem in Venezia! Unlike any other property
Pro: The location of this property was perfect for traveling to Venice! Away from the bustle of the Grand Canal (if you desire waking up to the sound of church bells & seagulls) - but close enough to walk right into the morning markets and stroll along the canal. Every window and outdoor area in the home had a picture perfect view of the canal or into the square. This property couldn't be more convenient - as we took a water taxi right to our door! The home was beautifully designed, spacious, comfortable, peaceful and clean. We loved everything about the aesthetic and location of this house!
Contro: Given the design and location of this home it is obvious it comes with much history. (which is intriguing) However; when the property is rented to guests I would take down the photos and personal items.

Pro: Convenient to restaurants, grocery and main attractions of Venezia but without the crowds. House is beautifully maintained and very spacious.
Contro: The communication with the property management was a little challenging. We arrived in the rain and asked for taxi to be arranged but their description of exactly where to meet was incomplete so we were in the rain for a bit. We were not able to store our bags anywhere upon departure which was a surprise so we had to haul everything to the train station and pay for storage due to late departing train. Since my husband has some mobility issues we needed a water taxi but that turned out to be a challenge too. Finally management was able to help but it felt more like I had to push to get assistance. And this was on top of having been attentive to a major roof leak on their behalf that occurred in the living room during a heavy rain. So...maybe I could attribute this to language barrier or really just the fact that it's just a rental property and service is not as with a hotel.
