Nel complesso gradevole, lo staff si è dimostrato molto efficiente

Pro: La posizione rispetto alla stazione, la struttura si trova all’interno di un cortile ben curato e silenzioso

Contro: Camere da letto open space, inoltre nella camera sotto il tetto lo spazio è ridottissimo bisogna stare in ginocchio

Pro: The house itself is in a private compound, so it's very peaceful; other than the calls of seagulls and the occasional guests/home owners walking pass the courtyard. The interior of the house looks exactly the same as in the ads.

Contro: The aircon didn't work, or can't work (I was told) aircon can be turned on only in the Summer 🥲 It was stuffy with the windows closed, but noisy (seagulls) with them opened. The bed was quite springy, the slightest movements from my husband shook the whole bed.

Pro: Very nice property, clean and also located directly on a canal. The host was very nice, and the apartment was very well furnished. We will be happy to come back!

First holiday in Venice, the location was fantastic, and we had an amazing time.

Pro: The property is 10 minutes walk from the station, an amazing location. We were met at the property, Keys handed over and shown round. All arranged via WhatsApp - Very easy

Contro: A drying rack would have been useful after washing clothes

Pro: Easy checkin. Beautiful, spacious, modern apartment. Very convenient to the water taxi to the airport.

Contro: Sleeping arrangement is a little awkward, as the bedrooms are not separated by a wall.

Super modernes, schönes Studio, steile Treppen

Pro: Wir wohnten in einem sehr schönen, stylischen Studio über 3 Ebenen. Alles sehr modern, neu und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Sehr ruhige Lage, in einer ehemaligen Fabrik, in der sich jetzt fast ausschließlich Appartements für Residents befinden, in der Nähe der Vaporetto-Haltestelle Gulie. Kontakt mit Vermieter per WhatsApp, zur angegebenen Zeit kam ein sehr freundlicher Mitarbeiter, der uns empfing und alles erklärte. Das Bad im 1. Stock ist ausreichend groß. Die Küche (Teil des Wohnzimmers) war groß, gut und sehr modern eingerichtet. Alles sehr schön und sehr sauber.

Contro: Das 2. Schlafzimmer befindet sich über dem ersten auf einer offenen Galerie unter dem Dach und kann nur gebückt oder auf Knien begangen werden. Für uns (über 60 Jahre) war es beschwerlich, die sehr steilen Treppen in den ersten bzw. zweiten Stock hoch und besonders wieder herunter zu gehen. Das zweite (Mini)-Bad ist im Erdgeschoss, die Dusche sehr eng. Ach ja: Das Türschloss außen klemmte, unbedingt den Trick erklären lassen, sonst kommt man nicht rein. Aber dann kein Problem.

Pro: L'appartement était agréable et confortable . Bien décoré .

Contro: Pas de lumière dans la cuisine Il n'y avait qu'une prise dans la cuisine sans multiprise . Entre la bouilloire, la machine a café et le grille pain , pas pratique . Pas de poubelle dans la salle de bain du 1er étage
