Super alloggio a Venezia
Pro: Ottimo arredamento e struttura, l'appartamento si trova in un complesso che dà su un cortile interno molto bello, con gli ulivi, silenziosissimo; le camere erano ben accessoriate e comode, la posizione davvero strategica per la parte ovest della città.
Contro: I sistemi di aria condizionata erano un po' datati e rumorosi, e nel sottotetto si faceva un po' fatica a contrastare il caldo

Great spot in Venice
Pro: The apartment is in a quiet area and very close to the train station. The washing machine is also a dryer and it takes only one hour to make your clothes clean and dry. It had enough space for five of us.
Contro: You can see that it is not fresh and is being used a lot but we only slept there.

Pro: Perfect location if you are looking for a place in a quieter part of the city. Beds were comfortable and house was spacy. It had everything we needed. Took me a while to understand how to get set up with the Timmy portal, but afterwards, it was easy to communicate with the host. They were able to accommodate my arrival time, which was before the stated check-in, and provided some great recommendations!
Contro: Stairs are a little steep & no rooms on the first floor,, so be aware if traveling with mobility impaired.

Pro: Апартаментът е разположен на пешеходно разстояние от забележителности, прекрасни ресторанти и развлечения. Удобен, просторен и тихо разполажен. Препоръчвам го и с удоволствие бихме се въртали отново.

Pro: Family of 6. Stayed for 2 nights. The property is located very close to the train station so it was very convenient to get to and from. It was also right across from the Jewish ghetto which made it convenient for us. The first floor has a living room, dining table and chairs, kitchen, full bathroom and a washing machine. The second floor has 2 large bedrooms and a full bathroom. And the third floor has another bedroom. Each space has its own a/c which was necessary because it was very hot.

Mit funktionierendem Schlüssel sehr, sehr empfehlenswert!
Pro: Großzügige Wohnung über 3 Etagen; hübsch und sinnvoll eingerichtet; sehr hell und ruhig. Toll gelegen und angenehm abseits der Haupttouristenströme. Familienfreundlich. 6 Pers finden gut Platz. Einzig die Kopfkissen sind zu hart. Sonst alles prima.
Contro: Der Schlüsselübergabe war mäßig freundlich, wenngleich doch immer erreichbar. Der allgemeine Haustürschlüssel klemmt sehr und funktioniert manchmal auch gar nicht.

Excellent séjour, dans une maison au calme, dans un quartier agréable.
Pro: Proche de la gare et dans un quartier calme, mais avec des restaurants dans la rue, donnant sur un canal. Arret de vaporetto tout proche. Jardin commun tres calme. Maison bien équipée pour une famille. Cuisine fonctionnelle. 2 salles de bain agréables.
Contro: La clef du portail d’entrée difficile à faire fonctionner. Interdiction par une voisine, de faire son yoga en silence je précise, dans le jardin commun !

Sehr gerne bald wieder, sobald der Schlüssel/das Schloss erneuert sind und problemlos öffnet
Pro: Super große Wohnung in einer super Lage, nämlich nahe dem Bahnhof und bei den Hauptverbindungen und dennoch absolut ruhig!
Contro: Der Schlüssel bzw. das Schloss des straßenseitigen Haustores ist defekt. Der Schlüssel muss durch mehrfaches Versuchen millimetergenau ins Schloss eingeführt werden, damit es öffnet. Verbunden jedes Mal mit der Angst, es nicht zu schaffen und am Canale Grande übernachten zu müssen. Der Schlüssel bzw. das Schloss muss unbedingt neu gemacht werden, da sonst die Urlaubsfreude durch dieses kleine Detail getrübt wird.

Pretty row house 1 min from a new water bus station
Pro: Host was very accessible and shared a lot of info about Venice.
Contro: Only the living space is on the ground floor so we needed to carry the suitcases up the stairs to access the top floors. It's not completely unmanageable but a bit difficult for seniors in the group. Single key for group accommodation makes it a bit difficult to coordinate.
