Pro: Posizione strategica a 150mt da p.zza San Marco. Palazzo nobiliare, arredamento e finiture di lusso.

Contro: Appartamento buio e piuttosto umido ma al piano terra a Venezia probabilmente è così un po' dovunque. Purtroppo però la stanzetta con il divano letto era talmente umida da non poterci dormire, con una macchia che saliva oltre 1mt da terra.

Overall lovely stay, though the electrics could be better.

Pro: We had a nice stay here. The apartment is extremely central, yet calm. It is also very stylish and clean. The beds were also comfortable and the shower was good. However, the electrics weren’t very good and kept short circuiting above the stove. The light was not working in the bathroom, and could not be rectified easily. We were stressed at the end as our water taxi was ordered for the wrong time. We had to re order our own to make it on time to airport.

Pro: very nice appartment with 2 double beds, 2 bathrooms and a nice living room. Very quiet despite the central location. Very friendly and courteous staff, helped us with all questions upfront, They also organized a private water taxi for us which brought us directly to the appartment, absolutely worth the money.

Contro: there is absolutely nothing to complain about

Pro: The location is superb. Caterina was always very helpful and responsive to eveything we asked for during our stay. Matteo, the young man who waited for us at check in and helped us with the check out, together with Caterina, are very nice and professional.

Contro: The check in procedure was very problematic. The host does not refer anywhere that the apartment is in Palazzo Molin, which has a private deck, so the boat taxi driver could not understand that he can take us to the door of the Palazzo. As a consequence we had to walk all the way from San Marco docks, despite we had paid for a boat taxi, carrying our heavy luggage through the roads and still could not find the place. The result was that we were 5-10 min late, after 20:00 and we were asked to pay the 50 EUR penalty! Other than that, the location is superb, but the apartment itself is far from LUXURIOUS. Very sapcious, yes. But luxurious, no. You cannot sit or sleep with the view of a bucket, a mope, a vacuum cleaner, a big orange sack and feel luxurious. Another problem is the mosquitos, the apartment was full of them. We never managed to operate the TV, despite our efforts to follow the printed instructions on a piece of paper. For nearly 350 EUR/night, you can find better value for money accommodation in Venice. Not easily, but there is. Sorry guys, only honest critics can help us improve.

Wonderful hostorical modernized palazzo with large rooms and great location. Highly recommend!

Pro: I loved that the property was actually an ancient palazzo, once the home a former doge! This was the largest accommodation in Venice that I have ever stayed in, and it was wonderful, especially since there were three of us. The best part was its private entrance on a canal, and our host graciously arranged a private water taxi for us when we arrived and departed. We felt like VIPs! I have never seen so many electrical outlets in a bedroom. The facilities were totally modernized and we loved our stay. I highly recommend!

Contro: The one thing that could have been better is the A/C. No matter how we adjusted it, the low temperature was regulated by the building, and it never was cool enough for our comfort.

Pro: lägenheten var väldigt trevlig, och lugn, gården var också väldigt trevlig och lugn, och lägenheten låg jättebra i området, nära till allt men ändå avskilt, många trevliga barer i närheten för att ta en italiensk frukost, men också apotek och annat som man kan behöva men inte tänker på innan man reser,

Contro: jag har inget att klaga på allt var toppen

Pro: Όμορφο, καθαρό, πλήρως οργανωμένο και ασφαλές διαμέρισμα,σε στρατηγικό σημείο κοντά σε όλα τα σημεία ενδιαφέροντος της Βενετίας. Ιδιωτικό dock, που εξυπηρετεί ιδιαίτερα και χωρίς καμμία ταλαιπωρία, αν φτάσεις με ιδιωτικό σκάφος-ταξί από το αεροδρόμιο, το οποίο ζητήσαμε και φρόντισε να μας κάνει κράτηση ο ιδιοκτήτης. Πολύ κοντά σε στάση βαπορέτο, που χρησιμοποιήσαμε για την επιστροφή μας στο αεροδρόμιο και επίσκεψη στα κοντινά νησάκια(Μουράνο, Μπουράνο κλπ) Ισόγειο, ώστε να μην χρειάζεται να ανέβεις ατελείωτες σκάλες. Ο κλιματισμός δουλεύει άριστα. Πολύ βοηθητική η Έρρικα που μας υποδέχτηκε και μας ενημέρωσε για ότι και αν την ρωτήσαμε.

Contro: Το διαμέρισμα είναι ισόγειο και η μία πλευρά του βρέχεται από κανάλι, με αποτέλεσμα την πρώτη ημέρα να υπάρχει μια μυρωδιά υγρασίας που έφυγε τις επόμενες ημέρες, με τον κατάλληλο αερισμό του χώρου. Θα πρότεινα να μην πιείτε από το νερό της βρύσης που είναι πόσιμο, αλλά έχει και αυτό μια περίεργη μυρωδιά. Η τηλεόραση μάλλον παίζει μόνο ιταλικά κανάλια, αλλά δεν είχε κάποια σημασία για εμάς. Δεν μαγειρέψαμε, ούτε πλύναμε πιάτα και ρούχα, οπότε δεν έχω να πω κάτι σχετικά με την λειτουργία κουζίνας, φούρνου και πλυντηρίων πιάτων και ρούχων.

Pro: Все! Начиная от места и самих апартаментов, заканчивая отзывчивостью и отношением Enrica. Стильно, уютно, просторно, душевно. Одни окна выходят на канал, где периодически проплывают гондолы. Вторые - в зеленый тихий дворик. Крайне рекомендую частное водное такси. Оно прибудет прямо к апартаментам по живописным каналам Венеции.
