Pro: Posizione ottima e centralissima, a neanche 100 mt dalla fermata del traghetto. Appartamento delizioso con vista sui tetti di Venezia, completo di ogni confort. Proprietaria gentile e disponibile ad ogni richiesta, ed un grazie anche a Nicole che è venuta a prenderci al traghetto, e ci ha accompagnato a casa dandoci in modo esaustivo e cordiale ogni tipo di informazione. Consigliatissimo

Vacanza bellissima. Venezia fantastica

Pro: Posizione fantastica. Staff gentile e pronto a aiutarci. La signora è venuta a prenderci al parcheggio perché c'era sciopero dei mezzi pubblici. La struttura è semplice ma pulita e dotata di quello che serve

Pro: Alloggio molto bello situato nel cuore di Venezia. Molto tranquillo e senza rumori, con ristoranti e negozi comodi sotto casa. Host gentiilissima e molto attenta, siamo stati veramente contenti di aver soggiornato qui. Grazie Mariana!

Wonderful spot in Venice

Pro: Great location - super close to Rialto and a Vaporetto station. But also in good walking distance to a lot of sights. Nice quiet area with restaurants and shops around. Flat is comfy with all you might need. The sofa bed is ok to sleep on. Two balconies are nice. Good communication with owner and staff. They were very accommodating.

Brilliant location, comfortable apartment.

Pro: Location is great, near food shops and transport stops, very convenient for exploring all of Venice either on foot or Vaporetto. Nice quiet street, quiet and comfortable apartment suited to a couple. Washing machine and clothes horse on terrace for drying clothes and hanging towels. Air conditioning worked well.

Home away from home

Pro: Just perfect. Spent 4 nights here to visit the biennale art exhibition. The feeling of home away from home, which we appreciate. Dog friendly. Ideal location, quiet, but close to everything, like vaparetto, birreria at Campo San Polo, bakery at San Toma. Good bed, balconies, kitchen, etc. Thanks to Mariana for picking us up from the vaparetto. Easy communications. We will try to stay here again when we come back to town. To be recommended for anyone who can walk the stairs to the top floor.

Pro: Simple. You have everything you need. Very kind service, fair price and near to the main attractions. Very quiet at day and night.

Unforgettable experience, very pleasant time.

Pro: The location is very close to the vaporetto station, which was a great advantage if you wanted to see as much as possible in 3 days. The apartment is very comfortable and well equipped. The host also gave us all the details we needed about transport and other facilities. There are two terraces where you can stay outside and enjoy the atmosphere of Venice.

Contro: The apartment is on the second floor of a building without a lift, which is only a disadvantage if you have heavy luggage.

Pro: Great flat in a wonderfully central location just off a small square. We stayed for 4 nights and loved to sit on the balcony each evening with a glass of wine. Everything is on your doorstep and the apartment has everything you need. I used the sofa bed which is comfortable and Mariana had it all made up for us. Mariana is a lovely host supplying lots of useful information and even arranged for someone to meet us from the Alilaguna and take us to the flat. I will definitely stay here again x
