Attico Canal Grande a Palazzo Contarini Corfù

Highly recommended!

Pro: Top-floor-apartment in a palazzo facing the Canale Grande with a boat-landing-stage for watertaxis and a foodwalk-entrance to Calle Contarini Corfu. Two minutes walk to the Vaporetto@Accademia station. Two supermarkets (300m and 900m), several nice restaurants and small shops within walking-distance - the location cannot be better! The apt. is quiet, tastily furnished, absolutely clean and completely equipped with whatever you might need, including kind details like coffee-tabs and umbrellas. Easy to reach with an elderly elevator (which has some rules to be obeyed and then works most properly). Plus comfy beds, excellent bathrooms, a huge furnished terrace and two small balconies. You can hardly find a better home in Venice!

Pro: A lovely, very spacious, and well-appointed home atop the Grand Canal. Floorplan/layout afforded both space and privacy. 2 of the bedrooms specifically offer great step-out views of the Canal. The home is stocked with quality linens, towels, and sundries. Modern appliances and fixtures throughout the home with a convenient washer & dryer. Elevator/lift was a very important and convenient feature, and the private boat dock provided direct access for the water taxi. Optimal location within a block of Accademia bridge and Vaporetto stop. Owner and property manager were very professional, gracious, and communicative throughout the process.

Contro: Really nothing I can think of, as we were really pleased with our stay. (One helpful suggestion might be to configure the furniture a bit differently in the living room and sitting room in order to create more intimate seating/‘conversation area’ for guests to gather together and relax, etc.)

Fantastic apartment in an awesome location.

Pro: An absolutely stunning apartment, directly on the Grand Canal. Seriously, it does not get better than this. We stayed here for 10 days and it was a real home from home. The apartment has absolutely everything you need, including AC. The master bedroom has a balcony overlooking the Grand Canal. There is also a large terrace off the main living area. For me, the location was absolutely perfect, away from the craziness of the main tourist areas but close enough to everything. Arriving at your private jetty in a speedboat makes you feel like you're in a James Bond movie - the smiles on the kids faces. A truly fantastic apartment in an amazing city.

Amazing stay in Venice near Acadamia Bridge on canal with views was a cultural feast !

Pro: Perfecto! A beautiful apartment right on grand canal. Easy walking distance to everything. Lift was a major bonus! Plenty of room for family of 6 adults. Very well stocked kitchen, even pasta to cook and sparkling wine in the fridge. Terrace was great for morning coffee & afternoon vino. Water taxis to the door. The building is so full of amazing old features it’s a feast for the eyes. We loved it!! Marinella very communicative and helpful host & Manolitas (to check us in/out) beautiful & friendly. Highly recommend this apartment.

Outstanding! Location was fabulous, spacious and accommodating

Pro: Bella, Bella Palazzo was beautifully located on the Grand Canal, had its own dock access with private taxi service as well as water taxis from St. Lucia train station. A quick walk from Academia Bridge to the Palazzo was easy to walk. Suite located on the fourth floor had easy access on elevator. Spacious 3 bedrooms with accompanying bathrooms. Great working kitchen and plenty of dinning and living room spaces with lovely outside terrace.

Contro: Absolutely nothing.

Pro: The apartment was recently remodeled - everything worked and was laid out. The location was perfect and very convenient. A perfect apartment to explore Venice or to relax.

Ein wirklich wunderschönes, top ausgestattetes, sehr sauberes Appartement.

Pro: Die Lage ist des Appartement bei der Ponte Accademia hätte für uns nicht besser passen können. Extrem zentral gelegen, kurze Fußwege zum S.Marco und Ponte Rialto und doch sehr ruhig. Marinella eine wunderbare Gastgeberin, die stets per WhatsApp für uns erreichbar war und für uns da war. Wir wurden bereits am Steg empfangen und ins App. gebracht, wo uns alles erklärt wurde. Spitze ist auch der Lift, da die Wohnung im 4. Stock liegt.

Awesome apartment and location!!

Pro: The location of this property was perfect for us. It was very close to the Grand Canal and a vaparetto station which made it easy to get to other places. The views were incredible!! We loved this apartment!! Marinella was very easy to contact and responded quickly to our questions.

Pro: 1. 아카데이아다리 근처에 위치하고 수상버스 타는 곳과 곤돌라 타는 곳이 가까움. 2. 세탁기, 각종 세재 및 양념이 구비되어 있음. 3. 엘리베이터가 있어서 좋았음. 4. 뷰가 정말 좋았음. 5. 욕실과 휴식공간이 충분했음.

Contro: 1. 주방에 에어컨이 없어서 많이 더웠음. 2. 심카드 사용으로 호스트와 연락이 잘 되지 않아 호스트로 하여금 걱정하게 한 점이 미안했음. 이메일 등으로 미리 연락취하기 바람.
