Ottimo soggiorno

Pro: L’appartamento è collocato in ottima posizione, e’ accogliente, climatizzato ed è molto carino

Contro: Si devono fare un po’ di scale

Ottima location per visitare Venezia a piedi

Pro: Posizione ottima, comunicazione buona, climatizzazione camera sottotetto, terrazzino verso il canal Grande

Contro: Tutto l’impianto luci da rivedere :) un po’ vecchio l’arredo è un po’ scomoda la scala che porta in mansarda

Fantastic stay

Pro: Irene was so helpful during check-in. She had so many great local recommendations and super friendly. Communication was great even when our flight was delayed. Location of the apartment is great, it's on a quiet street but also super central and within walking distance to everything. The apartment is on the top floor with the bedroom up another further level so it was super quiet at night. The balcony was nice to sit out on in the evening time. Apartment was super clean and spacious and the area / place itself felt super safe. Would definitely stay here again if I return to Venice.

Contro: The boiler might need replacing. It showed an error multiple times which meant there was no hot water for showers when we were expecting some after turning it on, but you can just reset it and wait a while. Shower also needs an update as we had to hold the shower each time or else it was spraying water at the wall. Beds were comfortable but it was two single mattresses which kept sliding apart during the night. Everything else was positive!

Good location close to boat transportation.

Pro: Perfect location close to many tourist attractions, very well equipped kitchen.The balcony is perfect and you can see the Venetian canal, also from the bed you see same canal.

Contro: The way to get to the upstairs bedroom is different from the rooms she has lived in before. With a little effort and attention, you'll manage.

Pro: Einrichtung mit sehr viel Geschmack! Toller Ausblick vom Balkon und vom Bett aus! Absolut tolle Lage.

Contro: Die Duschwanne. Und der Wasserkocher war kaputt.

Pro: Gemütliches, großzügiges Appartement, ideal für ein Pärchen. Top Lage mit Blick auf den Canale Grande und trotzdem recht ruhig. Originelles 70er Jahre Ambiente.

Contro: Die Raumspartreppe war etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig.

Hip penthouse loft apartment living in Venice

Pro: Comfy living area with everything you might need in the kitchen, a beautiful little balcony that is in the shade in the afternoon so perfect for midday relaxing, nice bedroom area (love the chair!), cool penthouse aesthetic, perfect location (not in the super touristy area but only a 15 minute walk). All around great!

Contro: The AC wasn’t strong at all so it was very warm in the bedroom (this is peak heat of August in Venice, so it’s understandable)

Immer wieder gerne!

Pro: Die Lage und das Apartment insgesamt hat uns sehr gefallen. Alles in allem eines der nettesten Apartments, die wir in Venedig kennengelernt haben. Nah an den Vaporetto-Haltestellen, zu Fuß konnte man viele Sehenswürdigkeiten besichtigen, Lebensmittelgeschäfte in unmittelbarer Nähe. Wir hatten auch immer warmes Wasser, in verschiedenen Bewertungen hieß es, dass das nicht der Fall war.

Contro: Der Balkon war super, aber zwei gemütliche Barhocker wären das absolute I-Tüpfelchen, denn dann würde man gut über die hohe Brüstung in die schöne Gegend sehen. Die Badewanne war ein bisschen störend, wenn man duschen wollte.

Pro: Il ne faut pas recommander ce logement à des personnes ayant un problème de mobilité : c'est au 3eme étage qui en vaut 4 en nombre de marches, plus un étage pour la chambre accessible sans rampe d'un côté.

Unbeatable location.

Pro: The location is unbeatable...the view of the Grand Canal, the bridge over the Grand Canal and the Waterbus stop feet from the apartment and even a nice little restaurant on that square too.
