Very good place to stay, perfect location, comfortable beds, nice staff let us get in earlier than usual checking time.

Pro: Everything was great, comfortable, great location, super clean, great air conditioning.

Contro: It is a little more expensive than overage in Italy, but it is Venice I suppose

Pro: We loved the location and the apartment as a whole suited our needs. Lovely place over all. I would recommend this place as a good base to go out and explore Venice.

Contro: The single bedroom was small and without AC, and the photos make it look like the courtyard usage is included, which is isn't.

Perfect Location!

Pro: The location is perfect. The rooms were clean and very well maintained, perhaps very recently remodeled. The decor was very tasteful, bathrooms were well thought out. We had a large family of 6, but never felt crowded. There is a Vaporetto stop (San Silvestro) just a minute walk, we ended up getting off at the Rialto bridge and had to drag our luggage up and over the bridge, but we got on the wrong boat, still it was only a 5 minute walk. Talk some time to study the boat routes before you get there, and if you are staying more than 2 nights, you should get the multi day boat pass. San Silvestro is a quieter neighborhood than the other side of the Grand Canal, but still many great restaurants nearby. We loved staying here and will do again if we get back to Venice.
