Pro: In pieno centro e facilmente raggiungibile da tutti i punti d’interesse della città. Pulita e con tutto il necessario per il soggiorno. Unica pecca l’ingresso che all’inizio ci ha destato preoccupazioni. Nonostante ciò la casa è molto carina e proprio come in foto. Tutti gli elettrodomestici funzionanti. La casa presenta vista sul canale da un lato e su una chiesa dall’altro. Stupendo. Consiglio l’alloggio. Unica cosa terzo piano senza ascensore, quindi da valutare se non si ha voglia di salire le scale. Per il resto tutto stupendo.

Pro: Posizione ottima ,struttura pulita e accogliente ,eravamo in 6 amiche e ci siamo trovate molto bene

Pro: la posizione, la comodità ai mezzi e l’aspetto dell’appartamento

Contro: partendo dal presupposto che ci siamo trovate benissimo, potremmo suggerire di aggiungere uno specchio lungo, una macchinetta del caffè con cialde e un bollitore, qualche appendiabito a muro e mensola. suggeriamo anche un po’ di carta igienica in più.

Good Location and family comfort

Pro: The location is good, 15 to 20 minutes from St. Lucia station and all other destinations. Location is very good, Coop supermarket is just few meters away, you can prepare your own meal. Realto Bridge is 5 to 7 mins walkable.

Contro: Heating System was getting stop during the night and sometimes in the evening too. then informed us to turnoff and on the system, then it worked .. it happed 2 to 3 times in 2 days stay.

Lovely Venezia

Pro: Great location, directions were provided in advance and with pictures, the place was clean and good.

Great stay

Pro: The location was amazing and close to the San Sikvestro stop. Local to shops, food and coop. Had everything we needed for our short stay.

Contro: We turned up on time and the cleaner was still cleaning so it wasn’t completed. Got in touch with the owner who sent someone round the following day and sorted out the issue. Great service and would stay here again.

Pro: Great location, really close to Rialto Bridge. Easy to find the appartment using the instructions we were given.

Contro: No sofa so there wasn't anywhere comfortable to sit apart from the beds. There was a sign in the kitchen saying there was a welcome pack with some goods from local producers - we never received this.
