Very enjoyable stay in a good apartment

Pro: It's a nice, recently renovated apartment in a peaceful location with good facilities. Nice to have the little outside balcony to sit on (that was why I chose it), and the apartment is well equipped and comfortable. The location is great if - like me - you want to have everything accessible without being in the busiest part of the tourist areas. The quality of information provided by James prior to arrival was absolutely excellent - directions, key collection and suggestions for restaurants and bars. We would happily stay there again.

Contro: It's compact - perfect for two, I'm not sure more guests would be so easy in the space. What was a really good experience could have been even better with the odd extra thought - for example by making sure there's tea, coffee and milk on arrival as a minimum, as well as the water in the fridge. But I'm splitting hairs - it's a really good place to stay.

Amazing hosts and a clean, cosy apartment! 10/10

Pro: James and Amber were amazing hosts, they provided helpful information about the apartment itself and also different hot spots to visit in Venice! Very accommodating and seamless experience from start to finish. The apartment was lovely and clean and the bed was very comfortable! We loved sitting out on the terrace at night time and the neighbourhood is peaceful and quiet but still within easy walking distance to all the main attractions! Would definitely recommend and we will be sure to book again when we return to Venice!

Pro: Amazing apartment combining modern comfort with chic Italian charm.It was very easy to find,thanks to the super-detailed info received from the hosts well in advance,and the location is perfect for exploring Venice - 7 mins walk from St Lucia Train Station and 20 mins from St Marco Square.Very quiet neighborhood too,away from the intense tourist crowds but close to many lovely restaurants and bars. The light in the apartment is magical,and the many jasmine bushes all around the building were in bloom,which made our stay even more special with their wonderful smell… A blessing were also the host’s food recommendations,we tried many of them and they were all incredible,thank you!

Contro: The only thing we missed - and this is only a personal preference - was a handheld shower,not really used to a rainfall shower only. But obviously a minor thing compared to what this beautiful apartment has to offer.

Pro: Very nice apartment, really nicely furnished, arty books, and lovely balcony. All facilities work perfectly, and great contact with hosts, and easy to locate and access. The location is perfect, a quiet residential area, but easy walk to all the sites, nearby supermarket and transport hubs.

Pro: The best location, close enough to transport hub but far enough away to be very quiet. Wonderful apartment, beautifully renovated apartment, with everything you need. Self check in instructions were well detailed and clear.

A great spot with responsive friendly hosts

Pro: Clean sunny and easy to find, this apartment was a great find. We particularly enjoyed the hosts useful list of ideas of what to see and do.

Pro: The localisation is very convienient in a quiet part but still only 10 min from railway station, 15 min from Pont Rialto, 2 min from food market, many cafes and restaurants nearby. The apartment very clean, kitchen and bathroom well equiped, lovely small balcony all in green. Perfect for two, but also comfortable for a family of four. Apartment is pretty decorated and nicely kept and is located on the second floor of a very typical, classic, Venecian house, which You fell in love with immediately. Our stay here was lovely, place is highly recommended.

Contro: The sofa was ok for one - two nights, but for longer stay could be little bit more comfortable.

An enjoyable stay in a nice flat proposed by great hosts (swift answers to all questions we had)!

Pro: A very nice and bright flat just at the right distance between the core touristic area and the more venetian district. Valuable information in the documents proposed by the owners.

Contro: Nothing serious just an additional armchair in the living room would be nice.

Pro: It was a great and calm location, 10min from main Train station, close to many nice restaurants. The apartment is very well organised and done with style, everything you need from accessories this apartment contains. Very specious. Highly recommend to anyone. We felt like home and for sure this will be our first option for next visit to Venezia. Or other locations with the same hosts.
