Great location – close to the train station, very clean, warm in winter.

Pro: The apartment is perfectly located, a 9-minute walk from the train station and just one bridge away, which is great if you have suitcases. There's heating, which is important for winter stays. The apartment is very clean and the shower works well. Rinata met us at the door and handed us the keys. Rinata was in touch throughout our stay. We're grateful to her.

One of the Best Nina sweet homes, just 3 min walk from train station

Pro: The location was excellent although be prepared to navigate several steps over canals and up to the apartment with your luggage. Several resturants very close to the apartment and a grocery store within 100m. The check in process was very thorough and Rinata met us outside the property. Rinata also made contact 24hrs out to help guide us to the property and provided local information for us. The washing machine was very useful

Contro: The bed didnt have much room on either side. Only had one good pilow.

Pro: The location, the size was great, the staff were fantastic. The apartment is big especially for Venice. The facilities were good and near supermarket. Quiet but close to everything

Contro: The bed is a bit soft toward the middle. Perhaps it could benefit from a new mattress

Fabulous stay for exploring all Cenice has to offer

Pro: Great space, good location with easy walking distance to all the sights. Super close to the bus and train station. Storage for luggage and plus too

Contro: Might be good to have a few extra plates or bowls. Also mugs/ tea bags for tea if you don’t drink coffee
