Excellent choice for weekend tour to Venice!

Pro: It’s in the middle of Venice!!! Big, clean, comfortable and excellent location!

Contro: It was a bit wet. Towels were hardly getting dry. But it’s Venice )

A great place to stay in Venice and would recommend.

Pro: The property was in a great location. Not too far to walk to the main areas of Venice but was away from the big crowds. It had all the facilities we needed. It was also nice to be able to sit outside in the courtyard.

Contro: The only things that we didn’t like was the bathroom flooded very easily without a full shower screen.

Great apartment in perfect location. Recommend to everyone

Pro: Perfect location, our favorite part of Venice. Close to everything but not crowded and quiet. Supermarket and nice bar just around the corner. The place was really nice and the private terrace was a gem. Well equipped with everything you need from shower to cooking. Bed and sofa bed were comfortable, AC was great, WIFI fast. We would definitely come back again

Contro: I would recommend mosquito nets on windows and cleaning the terrace since it was full of dust that was sticking to our shoes and getting inside, so I had to sweep it. Windows from bedroom are to the street, it can be a problem for someone. In the morging you hear people with suitcases walking around. But if you close the windows you can sleep without problems. It is darker than pictures, we had to turn on the lights even during summer. For us it was fine since it was cooler inside, but in winter it can be really dark I think.

Pro: Overall a great apartment. Flavia was very nice, if a bit hurried. Good location. Would recommend.

Contro: Small downside was a flickering light, and we were promised that someone would come fix it, which never happened, so we left the overhead lights off the whole time. And the shower, as mentioned in other reviews, does not contain the water, so the bathroom floor gets very wet.

Great stay, overpriced thought

Pro: Very clean apartment, spacious, had all the equipment a family would need and all working properly. Situated in a great neighborhood, with bars and cafes next to it, a step away from a small canal and really close to the station and a luggage storage place. Although it is on the ground floor, there was no noise during the night. It had two doors for extra safety.

Pro: Schönes und ruhig gelegenes Appartement. Alles gut und schnell erreichbar.

Contro: Am ersten Tag wurde für den ganzen Tag der Strom aufgrund von Reparaturen durch die Stadt abgeschaltet. So dass wir weder duschen, noch normal frühstücken oder die Smartphones aufladen konnten. Das wurde wohl durch die Stadt anhand von gelben Zetteln an den Häusern angekündigt. Es wäre schön gewesen, wenn uns die Hausverwaltung diesbezüglich vorgewarnt hätte. Der Austausch hierzu war mit der Agentur nicht besonders nett. Sie haben die Schuld von sich gewiesen und das ganze als unser Problem dargestellt. Mehr Kundenorientierung wäre schön gewesen.
