È stato un soggiorno entusiasmante. Spero di tornare presto. Tre giorni sono pochi per visitare Venezia.

Pro: La vista sulla città e sul campanile di San Marco è spettacolare. È un bel colpo d’occhio. La pulizia impeccabile. Siamo stati accolti con professionalità, gentilezza e cortesia. Ci siamo sentiti a casa. La vicinanza a tantissimi luoghi di interesse.

Contro: L’appartamento è un quarto piano senza ascensore. La vista ripaga della fatica, ma non è adatto ad anziani e a chi ha problemi alle gambe.

Excellent visit that we will certainly revisit.

Pro: Original decor and beautifully finished off by owners who care about the property they are offering to visitors. The host Leonardo cannot do enough for you and goes well beyond his remit.

Contro: The owners did point out about the 89 steps, but they are not joking about the effort needed to reach the summit. I am 68 and my wife is 67 and we managed.

Great apartment, very convenient for the main sites with fantastic views.

Pro: Fantastic views in several directions. The apartment is large, clean and well equipped. Hosts were really kind and helpful. There are 88 steps but a number of landings to rest if needed but if you’re fairly active then it’s fine (good exercise!)

Pro: It was so ideally located! A few steps off San Marco Piazza! Quick and easy access to everything in Venice. The owner was friendly and knowledgeable! I completely recommend this place!

Pro: Good location, friendly service, clean and big room

Contro: The room is in 4th floor without elevator! But it’s not a very big problem!

A memorable stay at House 5286 / Relais Venezia

Pro: The location was amazing and quiet considering it's only (approx) a 5mins walk to the Piazza San Marco (St Mark's Square). The apartment was comfortable and spotless in all areas with a superb view of St Mark's Bell Tower. Frederico, Leonardo and Darios were very helpful throughout our stay with any requests especially suggestions for restaurants. When we checked in they thoughtfully presented a bottle of prosecco to my husband for his 60th birthday! We even got used to the many steps you have to take to reach this lovely 4th floor apartment! (Take their advice when you confirm your booking with them and don't pack heavy cases!) Superb stay, we would happily recommend House 5286

Séjour merveilleux dans un cadre soigné

Pro: Sa situation près de la place St Marc et au calme. La vue magnifique

Tolles Flair der Wohnung, mit allen Annehmlichkeiten, die man sich wünscht.

Pro: Sehr zentrale Lage. Alles sauber und ordentlich. Für zwei Personen sehr geräumige Wohnung, Toller Blick über die Dächer Venedigs und die Campanile San Marcos vor der Nase.

Contro: Kücheneinrichtung zum Kochen etwas spärlich. Duschkabine etwas eng. Sonst alles gut gewesen.

Pro: Die Lage, die Aussicht, der Austausch mit den ausgesprochen freundlichen , witzigen und interessierten Personen an der Reception.
