Delicious Apartament near St. Mark Square

Pro: La posizione è ottima. Appartamento centrale però tranquillo. Nina gentilissima e disponibile. Ci siamo sentiti come a casa.

Contro: Sostituirei le padelle della cucina e la lampadina in camera da letto non funzionava. Il resto top!

Pro: Ottima posizione dell'alloggio, centralissimo, estrema disponibilità, cortesia e simpatia del proprietario con ottime indicazioni su come muoversi . Alloggio molto funzionale non mancava di nulla.

Pro: Perfect location, close to St. Mark’s Square, with two supermarkets nearby. The apartment layout was ideal for 3-4 people, with the living room and bedroom having separate doors from the hallway where the bathroom is—great for privacy and not disturbing anyone at night. Both the living room and the bedroom have their own air conditioning. It also has a fridge, which was important for us. The hosts were friendly and explained everything clearly.

Contro: The Wi-Fi was weak, slow, and occasionally disconnected, which could be improved.

Pro: Flat in very good central location and a quiet area. The host was very kind recommending different places to visit and nice restaurants too.

Be in the heart of Venice!

Pro: 1. Excellent location 2. Good Security - 3 doors from main street 3. Juliana - excellent aid for hosts Nina and Francesco 4. Excellent air con (must in summer)

Contro: 1. Views- almost none 2. No breakfast although booking.com said it was included

Pro: We arrived in Venice at 11:30am and the check in time was at 3pm. Nina let us leave the luggage in the apartment while it was being cleaned and we could go sightseeing into town without worrying about the luggage. Thanks Nina! The location was excellent, walking distance from all the main attractions and there was a Spar mini market very close to the apartment. We didn't cook in the apartment but it was very well equipped. There was coffee, tea, sugar, biscuits and jam and cleaning products at our arrival. I would recommend this apartment.

Wondreful stay in an unique, old, comfy apartment

Pro: The apartment is very comfortable, with beautiful old furniture, fully equipped kitchen and great location. The host Nina was very kind and helpful. Venice is splendid and spectacular. We can definitely recommend visiting this place and hope to return here someday:)
