Pro: Posizione eccezionale, appartamento pulito e accogliente, cucina attrezzata.

Pro: La struttura è in ottima posizione vicina al battello La casa era grande arredata con pezzi d'antiquariato Le due camere erano separate su due piani Siamo stati bene

Contro: La casa era piena di oggetti e libri... Sebbene il giudizio sulle pulizie è sempre soggettivo, a mio parere la pulizia si può migliorare

Pro: L’appartamento era accogliente e molto luminoso. La cucina era ben fornita di utensili, e abbiamo potuto cucinare e fare colazione con tranquillità. I bagni erano puliti e forniti di tutti i servizi utili.

Contro: Nell’appartamento superiore il muro accanto al letto non presentava intonaco ed era coperto da un telo, da lì entrava vento e la prima notte dove ha piovuto tutto il tempo è entrata l’acqua facendo bagnare il letto. La casa in generale presentava polvere soprattutto sui mobili, tende e sulla libreria che poggiava alle spalle del letto, non molto favorevole per chi soffre di allergia.

Pro: Beautiful, spacious, luminous and very well located apartment. The check in and check out process was smooth, the owner is kind and responsive

Contro: This is a very old fashioned apartment in a very old town, you have to be ok with some minor issues like the door and the windows are uneasy to open/close

Beautiful apartment with a vintage aesthetic

Pro: The apartment is beautiful with a lovely vintage aesthetic. Perfectly placed for easy reach to the tourist spots, but situated in a quiet area. There is a supermarket close by.

Contro: I couldn't find a kettle, made fab coffee using the mokka pot but couldn't make a cup of tea.

Pro: Great apartment- 4 flights of stairs/ not ideal with heavy suitcases. Quiet with Lovely Light and views.

Contro: Communication wasn't great regarding airport Shuttle.

Pro: Beautiful apartment in a central, but peaceful location. The host was very responsive and provided excellent instructions for locating and accessing the property.

Contro: No AC, but fans were provided which made a difference (we stayed in August).

Amazing

Pro: Great apartment so close to the main places in Venice (including San Marcos). We really had a blast. Every time we needed some information the host got back to us, provided all we needed. We really felt welcomed 😀

It is very comfy and atmospheric - more than just a place to sleep

Pro: The apartment has a very good vibe. The bookshelves, the valance above the bad, the sights from the windows - everything pushes you to take photos there again and again:))) I didn't understood from the description, but the second bedroom is on another floor and has a second toilet room, it was very convenient for us! Well, some furniture is old (esp. in the kitchen), but we loved it:) And thank you for coffee!!!

Contro: Sometimes it was cold (21-24 November), there's automatic heater, but sometimes we found it cold (maybe we didn't understand how it works)
