San Giorgio View Apartment with Terrace R&R

Pro: We liked the location, the spaciousness of the apartment and how well-decorated it is.

Vue et emplacement parfaits

Pro: La vue du balcon est incroyable, nous en avons beaucoup profité. Quel bonheur. Clés remises par quelqu'un qui est venu nous récupérer à l'arrêt du vaporetto. De tous mes voyages en appartement, c'était un des mieux équipés pour la cuisine, il y a vraiment de tout. La vue du salon est superbe, idem pour la chambre. La salle de bain du haut est très bien , spacieuse. L'emplacement est absolument parfait, à 2 minutes à pieds des vaporetto, quelques minutes du le place St Marc, mais aucun problème de bruit.

Contro: la salle de bain du bas est inutilisable pour la partie douche. L'appartement n'est pas de style moderne

Pro: J’ai tout aimé. L’emplacement, l’appartement, la terrasse, la vue, et tout le confort.

Un vrai esprit du lieu, appartement authentique et charmant.

Pro: Parfaitement situé, un appartement en duplex sur la Riva degli Schiavoni, comme une maison sur la lagune à Venise, au charme authentique, les sols de terrazzo magnifiques...

AMAZING views of the canal and promenade, close to everything, make this a must-stay apartment.

Pro: The location was amazing! Loved the old-world feel of the apartment. The view from the roof deck and our bedroom were worth the price. Air conditioning worked well. Kitchen was stocked adequately. We loved the cozy sitting/dining area on the first floor. Plenty of space for hanging and storing clothing. Iron and ironing board in the apartment to freshen our travel clothing. Bed was very comfortable.

Contro: The entry door was challenging to lock/unlock. This could be improved. The tub on the first floor is unusable. Not a big deal for us, but with the washer draining into it, it's very unsightly. Something could be done to make that more visually appealing, even without the tub functioning. The upstairs bath was fine, but there is no place to put anything. A small shelf just above the sink would be a great addition. Also, the outdoor table top is weather-worn. Should be replaced.

Pro: L'emplacement et l'appartement. Attention à savoir : étages à monter.

Elegant Venetian home.

Pro: Beautiful, old, elegant home with gorgeous artwork and incredibly beautiful Murano lights,/pieces and antique furniture. Overlooks the promenade and is a short walk away from Piazza San Marco.

Contro: The flights of stairs were a challenge especially with heavy suitcases and the kitchen could do with a bit of an overhaul.
