Perfect for a short stay, clean and good value

Pro: Location is easy walking distance to center, it is quiet at night and close to good bars and restaurants

Contro: A bit dark and lightbulbs missing

Pro: Location - close to the centre, but quite at the same time. Just next to the door there are nice Pizzerias and family meat shop (if you prefer to cook meat by yourself). Enough space for family, the appartement was equipped with washing machine and dryer.

Contro: Stair, there were no batteries in remote control for TV.

Pro: The location is excellent, near the Arsenale vaporetto station. The appartment has been renovated recently, the kitchen is well equipped, the bathroom and toilet are nice and tidy.

Contro: At the time we were there, there was kind of disfunction in the electrical system, so we could not use climate unit, even when there was 30 C inside. Windows could not remain open for venting the rooms as there were lots of mosquittos.

Spacious apartment with necessary facilities, perfect location!

Pro: This spacious apartment was perfect for a family of 4, had all the necessary facilities. It is a perfect location (3 minute walking distance to the Arsenale water bus stop) and 10 minute walking distance from St. Mark's Basilica. There are supermarkets and restaurants right next to the apartment.

Contro: The initial communication between the host could have been better, the details about check-in were a bit confusing in the beginning, but the host was very responsive afterwards! Just to know, the apartment is on the first floor (you have to walk up a flight of stairs).

Perfect Venice stay!

Pro: The location is perfect to the arsenale with an access for both the water taxis, eater buses and nice restaurants. The apartment was spacious enough for the 4 of us.

Super séjour à Venise

Pro: L'emplacement est parfait Très calme. Tous commerces et commodités à moins de 50 m. Tout près de la place St Marc . L'appartement est très sympa.

Contro: L'absence de micro-ondes . Eh oui nous sommes très habituée. Et l'électricité qui disjonctait chaque fois que nous branchions la bouilloire ou la cafetière . Apparemment un problème récurrent !

Pro: Excellent contact Appartement très bien équipé et au centre de Venise. À 3 minutes à pied de la station Arsenale menant à l’aéroport en transport maritime.

Contro: Rien

Goed appartement. Teleurgesteld over persoonlijke begeiding en hulp bij calamiteiten.

Pro: Prima bedden, twee toiletten. Goede uitrusting in keuken. Het bankje in de huiskamer zit lekker.

Contro: Het was niet leuk om geen persoonlijke communicatie te hebben bij de ontvangst. Instructie over sleutel van woning via whatsapp. Geen instructie over werking koffiezetapparaat. Bij een stroomstoring geen hulp, de hele dag zonder stroom, geen licht en geen verwarming. De uitleg via whatsapp om het zelf op te lossen bleek onvoldoende. In de avond kwamen we terug in een donker en koud appartement. We hadden gehoopt dat Paolo het overdag zou verhelpen. We waren erg teleurgesteld dat dit niet was gebeurd. Weer contact opgenomen met Paolo en toen kregen we via whatsapp instructie om nog een schakelpaneel in een kast te zoeken in de keuken. Dat was in het donker voor ons moeilijk te vinden.

Excellent séjour. La proximité de l’appartentvavec les sites à visiter est un atout.

Pro: Appartement très propre et bien équipé. Peut-être qu’un four à ça micro-ondes serait le bienvenu

Pro: Das Appartement war geräumig und hatte eine sehr gute Lage.

Contro: Im Appartement selbst hat im Bad und im WC (oben) das Spiegel Licht nicht funktioniert. Gleich am ersten Tag mussten wir Toilettenpapier kaufen. Ist vielleicht in Italien nicht üblich, dass man das Appartement mit wenigstens 2-3 Toilettenpapier- Rollen ausstattet. Ich weiß es nicht.
