Pro: Appartamento meraviglioso, grande e confortevole, a 20 minuti a piedi da Piazza San Marco. Intorno è molto tranquillo e silenzioso. Per chi lo apprezza, si può dormire con la finestra aperta. Nell’appartamento c’è tutto il necessario, i letti sono comodi. Anche il riscaldamento funzionava bene. Grazie mille! Peccato aver trascorso lì solo due giorni.

Pro: Appartamento molto bello spazioso, confortevole, evidentemente ristrutturato da poco. Adeguato per tutte le nostre necessità. Location ottima.

Contro: Nulla da segnalare

Pro: Ottima la struttura, i servizi e la pulizia accurata. Cucina moderna e super attrezzata.

Contro: Purtroppo non abbiamo potuto lasciare i bagagli in deposito presso la casa e abbiamo dovuto ricorrere a un luggage store lì vicino che ha comportato una spesa di 30 euro per 6 ore.

Pro: La casa è molto bella, luminosa, e spaziosa. I 3 bagni sono appena ristrutturati e sono molto comodi. La cucina ben fornita. La comunicazione con il gestore è stata ottimale. Posizione comodissima e casa molto tranquilla con delle bellissime viste sul campo e sulle zone circostanti.

Contro: Il wi-fi non ha funzionato per tutto il nostro soggiorno e il problema non è stato risolto.

Lovely apartment in great location., Disappointing Owner Attitude

Pro: This apartment is well located in the Cannaregio area of Venice. It was a lovely well appointed apartment, with three bedrroms and three bathrooms. The kitchen had what we needed and there was a washing machine and clothes airer for laundry. The apartment was just off fondamenta della Misericordia, which has many restaurants, bars and other amenities. There is also a supermarket nearby if you want to get supplies. It is easy to get to from the Santa Lucia Train Station, and is not too far away from a Vapretto (public transport) stop.

Contro: Unfortunately, we had a bad experience with the property owner after we left the property. Prior to this, we would have rated everything about this property as excellent, because that was our experience. The local agent (Angelo) communicated well with us before and during our stay, and kindly helped us with arranging a porter to get our bags to the train station on the day of our departure. After we had checked out and were on our way, Angelo sent us a message to say that one of the plastic chairs at the dining table had a crack in it and the owner wanted us to pay 75 EUR for it. We had no idea that there was anything wrong with the chair and, as we explained to Angelo, we barely used the dining room as we mostly ate out. Our morning coffee was the only thing we really had in the dining room. We explained this to Angelo but he said he had to refer it to the owner. We reiterated that we always take good care of the properties we rent and were a little offended that the owner was accusing us of not doing so. She also made a disparaging comment about 'Australians\

Pro: Everything was great. The apartment is spacious, clean, perfectly eqipped. Angelo was very nice and helpful.

Contro: Everything was perfect.

Very comfortable and clean. Had everything we needed. Great location for us

Pro: We arrived very late and we were met at the property even though our flight was delayed as well.

Contro: Some building work going on downstairs which was a little noisy at times. However it didn’t bother us too much.

Pro: De locatie van het appartement is echt top! Plus de aanwezigheid van 3 badkamers was de max! Alles was aanwezig voor een zalig verblijf van 3 nachten!

Contro: Eigenlijk niets, alles was perfect!
