Pro: L'appartamento è pulito e accogliente. Ottima la posizione ed è una soluzione ideale per famiglie.

Contro: Avrei preferito avere delle tende oscuranti nella camera da letto grande.

Solo una notte ma avrei voluto fermarmi lì per un mese a leggere tutti i libri, dormire nel sottotetto, guardare l’alba

Pro: L’atmosfera della casa con tutti gli angoletti nascosti e libri fantastici, la terrazza, i quadri, il silenzio, il palazzo, la posizione, forniture nella cucina come sale, zucchero caffè e tisane, la pulizia e la prontezza di risposta della ragazza che interagiva con me sulla chat di Booking

Contro: A me è piaciuto tutto ma se avessi avuto delle valigie pesanti o qualche disabilità il terzo piano sarebbe stato un po’ ostico..ma è Venezia…

Casa fantastica ricca di magia

Pro: La casa è fantastica, accogliente e particolare. Impressiona la pace sul terrazzo nonostante si trovi in una bellissima via piena di gente la sera perché vi sono tanti locali carini È attrezzata di tutto e si vede che era di un'artista...è proprio affascinante questo appartamento!

Contro: La casa è meravigliosa: l'unica nota che mi sento di fare è che non è adatta per chi ha problemi di deambulazione per le scale da fare

WE A VENEZIA

Pro: Appartamento accogliente con una splendida altana. Eravamo in 6 e siamo state benissimo. La posizione è fantastica. Il proprietario molto disponibile e gentile.

Felt like a local!

Pro: We loved how laid back it felt in this beautiful, rustic apartment, and Petra's communication was fabulous - unfortunately, I missed some of the messages (my own fault). Petra was very quick to answer any questions The outside terrace was nice, and it was lovely to watch the sun rise over the rooftops, surrounded by very inquisitive lizards, who came right up to us (and nibbled my husband's toes!) The location is fabulous, we definitely preferred hanging out in these quieter areas. A fabulous supermarket down the tiny alley to the right of the apartment - only locals would know that it's there. And we used the lockers next to the apartment to store our luggage before we checked in. A very quiet location and we had a great night's sleep.

Contro: As others have said, the stairs! But that's what you get with a lovely, traditional, Venetian apartment. We knew what to expect from the other reviews 😊

Wonderful property in a great location. Would definitely return!

Pro: Fantastic location in Cannaregio, still buzzing with people but not overcrowded. Great proximity to many restaurants and shops. Petra's instructions were perfect. We loved the manual provided and the history of the property's previous owner. The apartment was very clean and beds were comfortable. The roof terrace was a lovely bonus in this quirky place filled with books and art.

Contro: The stairs, because we were arriving with a lot of heavy luggage from a week long event in another part of Venice.

Nice time in Venice

Pro: The appartment was well located, clean and with an interesting setting and decoration. The balcony was a nice addition. The hostess was available when needed.

Contro: Another way to enter the appartment would be helpful when visitors don't have a phone number they can use However the host was available to us when needed to check in.

Pro: We really enjoyed our stay in Mariangela’s apartment; we could have stayed forever! Beautiful location, with a relaxed, neighbourly feel and very close to a fantastic restaurant, supermarket with frescoes on the ceiling and a wonderful bookshop cafe! Away from the main tourist areas, so very peaceful; we enjoyed watching local people going about their day, living and working on the canal. The rooftop terrace was great for breakfast and suppers when we ate at home. The apartment is beautiful; filled with books and paintings and feels properly Italian. Very clean and comfortable. Communication with Giovanni and Petra was easy and helpful.

Contro: The hot water supply was inconsistent and took a while to provide enough for three showers; but this was manageable with a little planning.

A marvelous pieace of Venice, lovely and comfy

Pro: The property is located inside an antique palazzo in a very quiet part of Venice. Very easy to walk there from Santa Lucia Train Station. A long walk to San Marco and Rialto, but I appreciate that the area is outside the tumultuos tourist routes. The apartment is lovely, very well organized and comfrotable for several people.
