Cozy apartment with a fantastic host

Pro: The apartment was just as it is depicted in the fotos. Each of the two bedrooms has their own bathroom which is very convenient. We did not use the kitchen - there are so many possibilities to eat out in the vicinity. There is also the PRIX Supermarkt next door for some basic grocery shopping. Sonia gave us lots of information before and during our stay. She went above and beyond to make our stay unforgettable. She is extremely knowledgeable when it comes to the history of Venice and the islands in the lagoon.

Pro: Perfect location for a family to discover Venice, short walk from train station to Rialto bridge and San Marco! Great set up and awesome landlord! Can’t be any better! 😀

Pro: Beautifully furnished apartment with an enjoyable spa room. The rooms are located at two ends of the apartment, each with its own bathroom. The kitchen is equipped with an oven, microwave oven, dishwasher and authentic Italian coffee maker. The landlord of the apartment is very kind, he helped us find the apartment and recommended a great parking garage for storing the car. There is a grocery store next door to the apartment, but there is also an extra Despar store nearby with extra products. Vaporetto 1 and 2 stops a 10-minute walk away, so everything is within reach. Great place to explore Venice.

A holiday of a lifetime! Perfect location and staying in a beautiful piece of history.

Pro: Our host guided our water taxi to the location and arranged to meet us this location … she walked us to the suite even helping me with my daughter! She pointed out historical landmarks and supermarkets with awesome tips! Our host physically walked us through the apartment, explaining the layout, showing us appliances like the coffee machine and SPA and answered any immediate questions. It was such a warm welcome.

Contro: Everything was just perfect and the host guided us throughout our tour with more tips and information via what’s app - so appreciated!

Pro: Our stay in Venice was fantastic! The apartment was very spacious, clean, and super comfortable, set in a lovely, peaceful neighbourhood not far from the city centre. It was great to be close to everything but still enjoy some quiet after busy days. Sonia, our host, was amazing — friendly, welcoming, and full of helpful advice. She told us about hidden gems to visit, the best ways to get around, and how to easily get tickets for museums. She also pointed us to some great local shops and restaurants. Thanks to her, we had a smooth and memorable trip. Would absolutely stay here again!

Une pépite au cœur de Venise

Pro: Sonia a été d’une extrême gentillesse, toujours prête à nous donner de super conseils de visites et de restaurants. L’appartement est très bien situé à proximité des lieux d’intérêts de Venise mais tout en étant très calme. Tout était d’une propreté incroyable et le logement très bien équipé. Une petite attention à notre arrivée absolument adorable. Le spa également est un véritable + après des journées à marcher ! Nous avons passé un merveilleux séjour et recommandons les yeux fermés cet appartement !
