Pro: Casa spaziosa, davvero accogliente, con tutto il necessario in cucina. Balcone con affaccio sul canale, molto bello. Posizione ideale per girare tutta la città a piedi. Spero di poterci tornare un giorno

Pro: The location was brilliant. The communication was brilliant The accommodation was spot on Gabby who met us off the Vaporetto was really lovely and helpful.

Contro: The air con was noisy and not in the bedroom. A welcome pack including milk would have been lovely and would have made our late arrival after a long flight much better. Although it wasn't a problem to us, there were a lot of steps to the appearance (50)

Pro: The district (sestiere) is in the city center very close to everything. This is Canareggio sestiere. The best place ever we've been so far. I would highly recommend the place and the apartment to everybody. The landlords and hosts are the kindest person we've ever met. Thank You Gaby and Michela and Stefano for everything. You were very kind to us and explained everything what we need to know in the city. We had a wonderful gondola ride which is very close to the apartment. We went to the gondolier at 9 am in the morning and catch the very first ride on that day. It was a dream. If you go to Venice only go to this place, 10 out of 10 maximum points. Great location and well equiped appartment

Pro: Great location, near to the main tourist sites, good restaurants and bars. Appartment was clean, with a view of the canal. Met by Gaby, who was friendly and full of useful information.

Contro: No shower screen over the bath. Additional Venice tourist tax payable in euros.

Beautiful, well located rooftop apartment with attentive hosts.

Pro: A beautiful and typically Venetian rooftop apartment within minutes of Rialto Bridge, Strada Nove and Campo SS Giovanni e Paolo. Easy access to Fondamenta Nove for the Alilaguna Blu line to/from the airport. Very comfortable sitting room with Sky movies, large dining table and a well equipped kitchen. Plenty of wardrobe space and loads of hangers. The brand new washing machine and the Venetian washing line outside the bathroom window overlooking the rooftops and down to the canal. Our hosts were charming as was Gaby who met us from the boat and talked us through local eateries along the way.

Contro: Access to the apartment is up three steep flights of stairs which was no fun in a heatwave, even with relatively light luggage. Not suitable for anyone with mobility issues or heavy luggage. The air conditioning unit was ineffective. Hopefully this will be remedied forthwith.
