Apartment life in Venice

Pro: Posizione centrale, comoda per tutte le direzioni. Alloggio pulito e ben tenuto. Siamo tutti rimasti soddisfatti del servizio. La persona di contatto è stata molto gentile e disponibile.

Unforgettable stay in a perfect location.

Pro: Nicely decorated apartment, very comfortable sofa, equally comfortable beds with warm feather duvets; well-equipped kitchen. From the front windows you can see the beautiful Santi Apostoli church, as well as scenes of everyday life, as the area is not solely touristic. The Ca D'Oro vaporetto stop is about 5 minutes' walk from the apartment.

Contro: It would have been helpful to have a small bin in the bathroom for tissues, make-up removal waste, dental floss etc.

Perfect location to explore Venice. Very comfortable. Would highly recommend.

Pro: Fantastic place and very well maintained. A very good layout for a family of four. Very clean and in a fantastic location. Couldn’t have asked for a better position really. Hosts gave excellent information on how to get there which made the arrival exceptionally easy. Would highly recommend this place.

Great value

Pro: Good location close to seabus stops, Rialto, St. Mark's. Owner quickly responds to messages. Very easy check in and location easy to find (ground level door between 2 small businesses). Very clean. Overall, great value for Venice.

Contro: The patrons at one of the restaurants downstairs can be quite loud until midnight/0100 am, so this might be an issue for light sleepers. The apartment had almost everything for daily life, including dishware and cutlery, pots, cutting board and coffee pods, light snacks (toasted breads, packaged croissants) but seeme to be missing a kettle.

Perfect trip to beautiful Venice staying in a perfect apartment.

Pro: A lovely apartment which suited the three of us. Location was fabulous for gondola trip, shops, cafes and restaurants. Pretty area too. Not a noisy area either.

Contro: No tea cloth to wipe items up so we used a hand towel, no full length mirror. That’s all.

Will visit Venice again, and would like to stay in this apartment again

Pro: Perfect location, clean and dainty rooms, comfortable and cosy apartment. Mr Stephano was an excellent host who arranged the wheelchair for my wife.

Great location, charming apartment

Pro: Communication was excellent. So thoughtful they'd put a bottle of water in the fridge! Refreshing after the journey. Kitchen well stocked. Gotta warn you though, breakfast provided is packets of store bought croissants, and store bought toasted bread with jams and Nutella, so don't expect much. That's what stops me from giving it 10 stars. Wish the host had specified this. Location is great with Gelato and var downstairs. Lots of restaurants around too. Close to major attractions. There are some stairs to climb to get up to the apartment.

Live in Venice as it is...

Pro: Apartment located at the centre of the square with nearby canal to take the gondola. Gelato shop is nearby, with pizza stall, and supermarket nearby.very easy and covinient location. The house is clean and very confortable with family of 4

Newly furnished kitchen and bathroom, very thrilled with the apartment and convenience.

Pro: Property was in an excellent location with a market square below. Buzzing during the day and evenings but the glazing in the windows kept all sounds out, yet the atmosphere was at our door steps. As was the cafe and gelato shop.

Contro: Nil

Pro: Very good location, walking distance from Saint Marco and Rialto Bridge. The apartment itself is very cozy and clean, there is almost everything you need for a comfortable stay. The surrounding area is also nice and safe, there are many cafes, restaurants and supermarkets nearby. The communication with the host was only though booking.com messaging, but it was fine for us. The check-in time at 3pm was a bit late for us since we had a morning flight, although the host responded to the request that early check-in is not possible, however when we got there the apartment was ready and we were able to check-in two hours earlier which was very nice of the host.

Contro: We liked everything except the promised breakfast :)). Breakfast was included in our booking price. However, there was NOTHING!!! for breakfast in the apartment as stated in the offer, not even coffee capsules (although there was a coffee machine). Of course, it didn't matter much in the end, but it was a bit disappointing.
