Lovely apartment with local character.

Pro: Lovingly restored apartment with local character, gorgeous garden and a very good location. The furniture is tasteful and of high quality.

Contro: Since it is a ground floor apartment with small windows it is a bit dark but that is very common in Venice i think.

An excellent place to stay

Pro: The flat was beautifully clean, the host friendly and very helpful. The terrace was a lovely place to sit with shelter from the sun if desired. Being close to a Co-op was very useful.

Contro: Very little if anything.

Nice appartment with garden seating, in a quiet yet easy to acces area

Pro: We loved the friendly and informative approach of Elisabetta, who took care of us and provided all necessary info. The building is well equipped, spacious enough, with bathroom separated from toilet (advantage when 4 guests). The inner garden is beautiful and relaxing, ideal for everyday breakfast and late night prosecco time. The area is quiet but close to the channel, about 3 min to vaporetto and also close to the bus/train station (10-15min on foot) Supermercato nearby. Thank you.

Contro: If you do not plan on investing in vaporetto tickets, getting to the very center is slightly longer than from the other side of channel (about 20 min).

Pro: Superb location a short walk from bus and train stations. Very close to 2 small supermarkets and lots of bars and restauarnts near by. Good communication from host. Beautiful terrace overlooking gardens.

Wonderful apartment

Pro: Our whole trip to Venice was exceptional but having such a welcoming homely apartment to come back to was lovely. Elisabetta and Laura were wonderful and I am sure we will be back.

Un séjour parfait dans un cadre charmant avec une hôtesse efficace et sympathique !

Pro: L’appartement est très confortable . Elisabetta qui nous accueille est très disponible et efficace . Juste un peu cher ! Mais un très bon séjour!

Contro: Peut-être une couette supplémentaire serait la bienvenue … mais c’est un détail ! tout est bien! Il y a même des parapluies en cas de mauvais temps!!! Et le jardin est idyllique !!!
