Pro: Appartement clean and well equiped, location great, close to Realto bridge, but also good as a starting point to all the venetian quarters. Stefano is very nice, he has been an excellent host.

Pro: The apartment was wonderful – very clean, comfortable, and spacious. One of the best things was having two bathrooms, which made the stay even more convenient. The location is also excellent, as many attractions can easily be reached on foot. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this place.

Comfortable stay

Pro: Stefano is an wonderful host. Our train got delayed and he waited more than two hours for our arrival. Check-in was easy and he took his time to explain everything to us.

Contro: Some household items need to be fixed or cleaned, eg leaky sink, garbage can and dish drying-rack. But they are just minor issues and did not affect our stay at all.

Great family apartment.

Pro: This place was great, we loved it. Our host was so helpful and friendly. The apartment was spotless and had everything we needed. The beds were really comfortable, the bedrooms were very spacious. A very modern apartment. The two bathrooms were very useful. Good hot water. The best place we stayed in our three week trip. The view over the rooftops was fabulous. The location was excellent.

Contro: Just be aware it is on the 4th floor. Good exercise.

A gem of an apaprtment

Pro: Our host Stephano was very welcoming and helpful. The Appartment itself is very centrally located and less than 1.5 km from all major attractions and close to a lot of good restaurants. The Appartment was spacious, with a well equipped kitchen and the washing machine and two bathrooms were an excellent feature. Highly recommend!

Contro: To get to the Appartment you have to climb up 4 flights of stairs which are quite narrow. There is no lift.

Great apartment, perfect location to explore Venice :)

Pro: Great location Stefano very accommodating and friendly Modern furnishings Extras - I.e. coffee, tea, toiletries (left by others) Facilities like iron, hairdryer Comfy beds and pillows Smart tv

Contro: Shower flooded ensuite (but we just used main bathroom) On 4th floor which was alright for us but might be harder for older people. It just meant we could eat more haha

Excellent location, lovely apartment and a helpful friendly host

Pro: Thank you to our host for making our arrival so easy, we arrived in Venice at 11pm and he came to meet us at the water taxi stop to guide us to the apartment. The apartment was very clean and well equipped.

Contro: The only thing I would of like to see in the apartment is some bottle of waters for the first day as we arrived when no shops were open.
