Pro: proprio sui canali, in zona comodissima per il turista appartamento grande e accogliente

Contro: assolutamente non accessibile per mobilità ridotta (2 piani di scale ripide e strette)

Abitare e sentirsi Veneziani per qualche giorno

Pro: Bellissima posizione, appartamento ben tenuto ed attrezzato, spazioso e con architettura tipica. Indicazioni chiarissime, dotazioni ottime, host gentile e professionale, molto accogliente. La zona è tranquilla , ma vicino al centro storico. Ci siamo sentiti Veneziani per qualche giorno abitando a Ca' Turchette.

Contro: L'unico neo che segnalo quale possibile miglioramento è la dotazione di pentole/padelle per cucinare, un po' scarsa per 4 persone. Ho apprezzato fare la spesa al mercato del pesce di Rialto, ma ho dovuto adattarmi alle attrezzature presenti. Anche un forno , oltre al microonde già presente, non guasterebbe per chi si ferma qualche giorno e desidera cucinare da sé, vista anche la presenza di mercati ed interessanti negozi di alimentari nei dintorni.

Pro: Posizione, camere pulite, ampiezza appartamento. Vista sui tetti di alcune case di Venezia. Posizione comoda, appartamento grande dotato di tutto anche asciugamani e lenzuola

Contro: Non abbiamo usato la cucina ma ho visto che il frigo si chiudeva male. Forse le chiavi d’entrata non girano perfettamente, ma non creano problemi.

Pro: Location posizionata in zona centrale. Si raggiungono facilmente i principali luoghi di interesse. Struttura accogliente e dotata di tutti i confort per ospitare un intero nucleo familiare o una piccola comitiva di amici. C'è tutto l'occorrente per autogestirsi... In pratica come se si fosse a casa propria ma in una location suggestiva e affascinante come Venezia. Insomma, la tua seconda casa nel cuore di Venezia!

It was everything I wanted and more.

Pro: A most magnificent place. Location is in a quiet canal street and the views over the rooftops of venice, of the gardens behind, and of the bell towers was unforgettable. Great food and bars just a short stroll. We were a family of 5 adults and we were very comfortable.

Contro: Couldn't lock open some shutters. 3 flights of stairs would be a turn off for some. But I would stay here again without hesitation.

Cute rustic attic apartment in chilled Venice suburb.

Pro: Dorsoduro is a great location to stay in, with a walking distance to the train, near the bus station, and also close to the busy St. Mark's Square, yet tucked away from the crowds. The apartment is a short walk to the ferry wharfs of Zattere and Ca' Razzonico—many nice restaurants in the area. This is a rustic apartment in an old building, located on the upper floor, offering views across the terracotta rooftops. The street and the apartment are quiet.

Contro: This did not bother us, but the apartment may not be suitable for those who dislike stairs, are unfit, or have excessive luggage. It's a climb of 64 steps.

Pro: Pre travel communication was great. The apartment was in a fantastic location so close to everything. An amazing restaurant 2 doors away. The apartment was clean and comfortable.

Contro: Flights of stairs up to apartment were not ideal if you have suitcases. We had to stop to get our breath. Some less mobile and fit people might struggle.

Pro: Great location - close to the centre however calm area comunication without any problem - everything was solved imediately enough space for everyone all what we needed

Contro: missing wifi router - it was solved by providing access to another wifi

Pro: Really spacious. Authentic interiors. Central, but not too central.
