Bella soluzione per visitare Venezia, ma si consiglia di rivedere alcune cose

Pro: Sicuramente la posizione comoda per visitare Venezia e anche la tranquillità. L’appartamento è bello grande con 3 condizionatori per rinfrescare le due camere e la cucina. Sono presenti tutti gli accessori utili per cucinare, lavare le stoviglie, lavare i panni e asciugarsi. A 500 metri c’è un supermarket comodo per comprare il necessario per mangiare. Elettrodomestici funzionanti.

Contro: Partiamo dal fatto che sicuramente è una ottima soluzione per visitare Venezia, ma ci sono delle cose che arrecano un pò di disagio e non le sottovaluterei. Partiamo dal fatto che si trova al primo piano ma per arrivarci ci sono quattro rampe di scale da fare con gradini stretti: non sono semplici da fare soprattutto se una persona ha una certa età. Era presente ancora molta polvere sui mobili. Aprire le porte con le chiavi non era semplice perché i blocchetti delle porte si muovevano un pò: consiglio di ripararli dato che non è semplice aprire. La TV non si collega ai canali classici (o almeno io non ci sono riuscito) e quindi tocca vedere canali internet su YouTube, dato che è una Smart TV. Infine il letto matrimoniale ha un materasso scomodo, dovuto probabilmente alle molle: sarebbe bene rivederlo.

Pro: Esperienza positiva lo consiglio ottima la posizione x tutti i servizi, accogliente e soprattutto essendo febbraio il riscaldamento top ....sicuramente da ritornare

Excellent experience, totally worth the money

Pro: It looked rustic yet modern. Very clean excellent instructions, made our stay very pleasant.

Contro: There are a lot of stairs and it was a little inconvenient for the older people we travelled with.

Perfect stay in an ideal location

Pro: The location was perfect - in a nice quiet area and close to everywhere we needed to go. Nice view of a canal right outside the living room and main bedroom. The apartment is very spacious with cooking facilities and two separate bedrooms. Check-in and check-out went smoothly. Would fit 4 people comfortably.

Pro: The property was extremely convenient for walking distances to local attractions and we were provided with very good amenities that made our stay extremely comfortable!!

Pro: We can’t say enough about this amazing apartement! Accommodation spotlessly clean and well equipped, the staff was there to help with our every need. The pictures were very accurate, beds were super comfortable and there are all the amenities you need. Location of apartment was great - wonderful local cafes and restaurants but no crowds of tourists. We will absolutely stay here again!

Cozy stay in the heart of Venice.

Pro: Very nice host. He came in the evening extra just to show us how the decoder of the TV worked. Children were happy. The appartment is decorated with antique furnitures. Which is a perfect add-on to our Venice trip. The location is 10 minutes walk from the station San Basilio. Easy to find. There's a supermarket on the way to the appartment. Everything worked perfectly! If we visit Venice again, we'll definitely choose this one again.

Great apartment for a holiday in Venice!
