Pro: Spazi perfetti per due famiglie. Camere ampie e ben organizzata la casa. Quartiere perfetto, ci tornerei sicuramente.

Contro: Consiglio di rivedere un pochino le luci in cucina che sono troppo poche e anche i mobiletti della cucina che andrebbero rimessi in sesto.

confortevole appartamento a Dorsoduro

Pro: ottima posizione, silenzioso, ampi spazi, bagni ben attrezzati, molto pulito, asciugamani e lenzuola di buona qualita’

Contro: quattro piani di scale a piedi per arrivare all’appartamento, letti piccoli per chi e’ molto alto, prese elettriche da rivedere, neanche una bottiglia d’acqua in frigo all’arrivo.

Buon rapporto qualità-prezzo. Ritornerei :)

Pro: Molto grande!! Noi eravamo in 7 (2 famiglie) e abbiamo avuto tantissimo spazio. Pulito. Vicinissimo alla fermata del vaporetto \

Contro: Ci ha mancato la carta di cucina :)

Pro: Bellissimo appartamento situato in un quartiere silenzioso, tranquillo e molto comodo. Non si viene travolti dai trolley o dal caos dei turisti ed è possibile respirare un'atmosfera magica e più autentica di Venezia. Il personale si è dimostrato molto disponibile e aperto a tutte le nostre esigenze. L'appartamento è molto grande e comodo, eravamo in sei ma potevano alloggiare tranquillamente almeno altre tre persone. Siamo rimasti molto soddisfatti dei servizi e della posizione. Torneremo sicuramente. A presto!

Nice big apartment in quiet area

Pro: Nice big apartment for our group of 6. We loved the quiet area with lots of restaurants and a supermarket close by. The host company (Sarlux) were friendly and fast with their communication via Booking.com

Contro: The washing machine wasn't working so I had to waste holiday time to get to a laundromat. The host company did offer me the use of a washing machine next door but we had a tour booked so I couldn't make their suggested time. The aircons were not working optimally in two of the rooms but we managed.

Great place for a large family to enjoy the wonders of Venice

Pro: Loads of space and great for a big family stay. Location was an easy walk to airport water bus, and only a 20 min walk to St Mark’s square.

Contro: Nothing, exactly what we wanted.

Spacious and comfortable, in a quiet part of Venice.

Pro: This apartment is massive - so much space and really easy to relax as a family of four with the 3 bedrooms. The host allowed us a late check out which was really helpful on our departure day. We loved the wooden ceiling and furnishings too.

Contro: The wifi only worked for us in one room of the apartment. Washing machine didn’t work. The host let us use the washing machine from another apartment which was helpful, but that one left our clothes very wet (no proper rinse and spin cycle) so it took quite some time for our clothes to dry on racks.

Pro: it is out of the main eoutes and the best part a very good restaurant just underneath!

Once in a lifetime experience for the inlaws who are not used to travelling. Great!

Pro: Location is great for logistics and yet stowed away in a nice quiet Fondamenta.

Contro: Nothing.

Pro: Absolutely perfect for our party. Location, facilities, comfort. Easy to access, good communication. Good value and warm in January weather.
