Marea Apartments

Pro: L'appartamento è molto spazioso: ci sono due letti matrimoniali e due divani letto, una cucina ben attrezzata (abbiamo apprezzato molto la macchinetta macchinetta del caffè e le cialde che ci sono state fornite). L'host è stata molto disponibile e ha risposto in fretta a ogni nostra domanda. Inoltre, tutto l'appartamento è finemente ristrutturato e dotato di ogni comfort e molto pulito. La posizione è ottima, zona tranquilla per riposare, ma allo stesso tempo vicina a locali per mangiare e bere e al centro. Spero di tornare presto a Venezia e mi piacerebbe alloggiare nuovamente qui!

Pro: La professionalità della proprietaria e l'accoglienza ci hanno permesso di goderci appieno il nostro soggiorno.

Pro: Appartamento situato in punto strategico: vicino alla stazione (che si raggiunge in circa 20 minuti a piedi) e al centro. La zona è tranquilla. L'ampia metratura consente ad una famiglia numerosa (come nel mio caso) di soggiornare comodamente. Non trascurabile il fatto che a due minuti di distanza ci sia un supermercato che consente di abbattere i costi del vitto. Noi l'abbiamo sfruttato per la cena dopo le giornate di tour per Venezia. Particolare veramente non trascurabile vista la media dei prezzi. L'appartamento è dotato di parecchi accessori sia per la cucina che per il bagno. I letti sono comodi e gli arredi capienti. La padrona di casa è una persona eccezionale e super disponibile. Abbiamo avuto un problema con la doccia che è stato prontamente risolto(quasi non ce ne siamo accorti). Consiglio vivamente Marea apartments.

Vacanza indimenticabile in questo periodo di carnevale.

Pro: Bello spazioso, non manca nulla, i letti erano monto puliti e comodi.

Contro: Niente da lamentare.

Pro: Appartamento pulito , spazioso e confortevole. Nelle vicinanze del Ghetto Ebraico.ottimo punto d’appoggio per visitare la Città.

Wonderful place to stay in Venice

Pro: Everything. The place is very beautiful, comfortable and clean. The smell of the apartment is soooo nice. The kitchen is complete and it has everything someone needs to have a wonderful experience. Very close to restaurants and to a big supermarket. The vaporetto is also easily accessible. Chiara is very friendly and supportive. I’d definitely stay here again and recommend it.

Pro: We were very satisfied with our stay. The apartment was clean, very well equipped, and located in an excellent area. The owner was extremely helpful and kind. A huge plus was the very comfortable mattress, which ensured a great night’s sleep. We will definitely come back.

A perfect property, and an excellent location.

Pro: Loved this property. Well located and supermarket just around the corner. Glad we were not in the bustling part of town - rooms big and beautiful.

Pro: Clean, modern, had all amenities in the bathroom and kitchen/living room area. Great sleeping conditions, quiet and dark bedroom, very comfortable bed. A bit further away from the city center, but a big plus because of the quiet location and encountering mostly locals there, not so many tourists. Bright during the day. Everything in the apartment smelled wonderful. The host was very friendly and helpful with continuous updates. Easy to find and check in.

Contro: Wifi in the bedroom was unstable

Great apartment, great location!

Pro: Really good location only a short walk from nearby restaurants and bars. Easily accessible from the airport and a good base for trips to the main areas of Venice and surrounding islands.

Contro: Nothing wrong with the property, there was a minor issue with the plumbing in the bathroom that the owner warned us about and had a workaround so it didn’t impact on our stay.
