Bellissimo appartamento sul canale e in zona silenziosa!

Pro: Appartamento bellissimo, grande e accessoriato con tutto il necessario! Abbastanza vicino alla stazione ma lontano dalla confusione del centro! Letti comodissimi!!!

Contro: Migliorabile la gestione del riscaldamento (nonostante impostassimo una temperatura bassa faceva caldo) e fuori c’era un po’ di puzza di pipì di gatto …. noi amiamo i gatti quindi non ci ha dato troppo fastidio, magari per altri clienti potrebbe essere un problema però.

Nice apartment away from crowds, but hidden charges and 10 am check out.

Pro: The apartment is very comfortable, clean and all facilities function properly. Beds are comfortable and the kitchen is well equipped. Nice blackout curtains and quiet area.

Contro: The canal view is limited, so don't imagine you're getting a Canale Grande view. The garden is in an inner patio with no privacy from neighbouring patios and surrounding buildings. Checkout time before 10am is very aggressive. Additional charges for check-in after 7pm - 30€ and after 10pm - 50€. In this day and age it is a bit criminal that they can't provide access via codes or key locks.

A gorgeous place away from the crowds! I would stay here again!

Pro: A beautiful apartment on the canal in a lovely quiet neighborhood. Lots of restaurants within walking distance and it was easy to walk to the vaporetto which takes you anywhere.

Contro: Perhaps a few more items for the kitchen. But we were going out to restaurants anyway.

Great to be in Venice but a bit far from the center

Pro: The size & some of the amenities (coffee machine, garden)

Contro: Bathroom has no place to put stuff down.

Great little apartment close to everything we needed - great value for money

Pro: Once we found the place (a little tricky), we met the host who was very helpful. The apartment itself was lovely - very clean, comfortable and only a short walk to the water bus stop. Supermarket within 100m which was fabulous and plenty of good restaurants along the canal just behind us. Would definitely stay here again.

Contro: A small bottle of milk in the fridge would be great so we could make tea/coffee on arrival, but not necessarily a complaint.

Pro: The most amazing apartment in a very quiet neighborhood of Venice. Canal view and own patio. Supermarket 50 m away. Huge recommendation.

Very good stay

Pro: The location was just perfect for us because it was very calm and restful. The apartment is very well equipped.

Contro: The floor was dirty, I sent a message to mention it but nobody answered neither cleaned it while we were here...

Pro: Location. My favourite part of Venice. Lovely bars and restaurants nearby and a supermarket.

Contro: Extra towels would of been great

Pro: Location was perfect Local supermarket and water taxi port handy Air con was much appreciated Beds were very comfortable Staff were lovely and very helpful

Contro: A TV in the bedroom would have gone down a treat! An oven would have been useful It was a shame that we weren't able to appreciate being right on the canal (no access, no balcony)

Practical and clean apartment to stay in Venice for a few days

Pro: The place had enough facilities for a short stay, cook, wash and very good security with 3 doors.

Contro: You can hear the people from the apartment upstairs when they walk, specially in the mornings.
