Pro: Posizione molto tranquilla. Una diversa prospettiva della città, sempre suggestiva.

Contro: Avrei prefeito un bagno più spazioso

ottima base per il nostro soggiorno a Venezia!

Pro: appartamento molto carino in un quartiere tranquillo e interessante da visitare. le camere erano spaziose e la cucina dotata di tutti gli attrezzi necessari. il check-in è stato molto semplice così come il check out. la posizione era strategica in quanto, pur essendo un quartiere silenzioso, era a pochi metri da una bella zona ricca di locali nonché dal centro città (Rialto, San Marco etc) e dalla Stazione S. Lucia. Nelle vicinanze si trovano anche un supermercato, bar, ristoranti e delle fermate del traghetto. Ci tornerei volentieri al prossimo soggiorno a Venezia!

Pro: I stayed in this apartment second time, very enjoy the large apartment space, the host answered and supported me with all questions, it is a bit far from Venice centre but it is no issue to walk there or use a vaporetto. Apartment is well equipped with everything you could need, heating also was working during our stay in early March, so no issues at all. Definitely reccomend !

Good for the price

Pro: It was a pretty quiet place, everything was clean and had most of the things you may need

Contro: The remote control for the AC didn't work, but we were told where we can find new batteries, the beds were rather small for most of us. The toilet paper at the place was 1ply which was not fun. The shower was pretty narrow so it's hard to take a shower. The door downstairs is really hard to unlock with the key. There is no one when checking-in and out

Pro: Everything was great. This is the most comfortable apartment for two families. Everything is thought out, 4 separate beds on which it is comfortable to sleep. The living room where we drank coffee in the morning. The location is excellent, in a quiet area. Near the embankment and supermarket. Contactless settlement, the owner is in touch, responded quickly. Impressed by the instructions for living, which was on the table. Everything is written in detail and with the necessary advice. The only thing that was missing was disposable slippers, since the floor is stone, and in the cool spring, it is cold barefoot. Probably in the summer it will be good with such a floor. We were pleased with these apartments.

Pro: A simple but nice and clean apartment next to the supermarket. Quiet neighbourhood not in the touristic centre.

Short holiday in Venice. Happy with lodging.

Amazing apartment an absolute must for Venice!!!!

Pro: Absolutely stunning apartment. Absolutely everything you need. Exceptionally clean and very comfortable. Perfectly placed for the town, water bus, supermarket etc. Super part of Venice, quiet but not far from all the hustle and bustle of the busy streets. All the information left in the apartment was fantastic and clear. Loved all the little extras that were provided. If you want perfect accommodation, then this apartment is a must. I wouldn't hesitate to book again.

With our teenagers on a family vacation, and this was the perfect accommodation.

Pro: Great Communication with the owners. Easy to enter. Extremely clean and quiet.

Really cool apartment for a group of people, amazing neighbourhood

Pro: The neighbourhood where the apartment is located is phenomenal!!! Filled with great restaurants, bars, cafes in the morning etc. The apartment is spacious, clean & comfy. The bedrooms have a view of the canal and the vibes are incredible (some cool art in the rooms too).

Contro: This wouldn't affect my score but there was some construction work on the canals which could wake you up in the morning. And this didn't affect our stay in any way, but on one of the key pairs (you get two pairs), the key to enter the building itself didn't work.
