Pro: Casa molto accogliente, giusta per 4 persone. Ambienti spaziosi e puliti. Posizione centralissima per girare la città

Pro: Appartamento super accogliente e pulito ,munito di qualunque utensile utile per un soggiorno .Posizione a dir poco ottima (con trattorie,bar e supermercati a 2 min a piedi e il centro a 5 min a piedi ) che insieme all’aria condizionata presente all’interno e alla wi-fi gratuita, ha reso davvero piacevole la permanenza . Proprietario gentile e telefonicamente sempre disponibile e pronto ad aiutarci e a darci consigli anche riguardanti i trasporti e la città in generale . Super consigliato

Pro: La posizione a circa 3 minuti a piedi da piazza San Marco con tutte le comodità del centro storico, musei, palazzi, ristoranti ecc praticamente sotto casa appena usciti dal portone. Facilmente raggiungibile da Rialto. L’attenzione del proprietario. L’appartamento con ogni accessorio, non mancava nulla.

Contro: Il risvolto dell’avere tutte le comodità sotto casa è stato un po’ di rumore la mattina presto quando passavano con i carrelli per rifornire i ristoranti. Il letto matrimoniale un po’ troppo duro per i miei gusti, forse serviva un topper.

Pro: Appartamento pulito, caldo e luminoso. Posizione ottima in pieno centro storico comoda per raggiungere a piedi tutte le destinazioni. Proprietario sempre molto disponibile.

Contro: Materassi non molto comodi. Odore del ristorante sotto che impregna le stanze

Pro: Posizione ottimale per tutte le destinazioni. Gentilezza nel farci trovare colomba pasquale e prosecco. Grazie

Contro: L'odore, probabilmente dovuto alla presenza di tanti ristoranti vicini che negli anni ha impregnato l'ambiente.

Pro: - The communication with Nicola and his availability (we had a heating problem, and he came very quickly to fix it) - The location of the accommodation (4 minutes from St. Mark’s Square + easily to go anywhere in Venice) - The accommodation matches the photos shown on the website, as well as the equipment provided - The welcome gifts and the maps available

Contro: - The boiler is very noisy (it might need to be replaced) - Some of the furniture is quite old (the sofa in the entrance, the firmness of the mattresses) - The accommodation was clean overall, but it could have been cleaner (I had to sweep the floor at our check-in because it was dusty, and there was some mold at the bottom of the shower) - For people sensitive to noise: you can hear what’s happening outside and the neighbors upstairs

Pro: We had a wonderful stay at this apartment in the heart of Venice! The location is perfect, being close to both Rialto and St. Mark's Square, making it easy to explore all the main attractions while still offering a peaceful retreat. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and equipped with everything you need, providing a cozy home away from home. The owner was helpful and recommended a lovely concert with Christmas music, which was a delightful experience during our stay. Overall, we really loved our time there and would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a convenient and pleasant stay in Venice. I would definitely stay here again!
