Pro: Bell' appartamento, spazioso, pulito in posizione ottima posizione. Consiglio di utilizzare il vaporetto dalla stazione dei treni fino a San Marco per arrivare a destinazione

Pro: The place is centrally located in quiet street close to all highlights. There are many nice restaurants and bars in walking distance. The owner was guiding throughout our stay in Venice. Place is very clean. It is highly recommended.

Wonderful stay in a beautiful apartment full of charm and character in a fabulous location

Pro: The apartment was very cute (I felt we were in nonnas house) in a superb location away from the crowds but easy walking distance to all the sight seeing spots and water ferry terminal. The access was easy and out host very responsive and friendly. Air conditioning was welcome during the heatwave there. Wouldn't hesitate to return to this beautiful apartment full of character.

Contro: There really wasn't anything we would have changed, it was just perfect

Pro: It is a very likeable, light filled apartment with a pleasant atmosphere, full of literature, art, and music. It feels lived in by a person whom you like instantaneously and yet it is not too personal. It is thoroughly clean and the double bed is extremely comfortable. The apartment is roomy and cosy. It is in an attractive, and practical, spot in Venice. I liked the neighbors, too. They were real people, living their lives in this house. The price is fair, and I am confident your host (whom I did not meet) will help if you have a problem.

Contro: The roof terrace is a missed opportunity, I am sorry to say. Flowers and care would make a world of difference. So would mosquito nets on just one window on each side of the apartment. It would take so relatively little to make the experience of staying here perfect.

Beautiful apartment with terrace in a quiet area close to great transport links

Pro: Beautiful apartment with terrace in a quiet street a few minutes from the water and a variety of ferry stops providing transport into the city as well as the airport. Friendly host and well-equipped facilities. Bedding and linen provided. Really cool collection of classical and jazz CDs as well. Nespresso machine as well as a dishwasher was really handy. Next to a 24hr supermarket for late night supplies as well as a few nice restaurants and bars. Defo visiting again!

Cozy apartment in great location

Pro: The location was excellent and easy to get around. Beds were the most comfortable we had in our month in Italy. The apartment was cozy and we felt like coming home when we returned each day. The staff were very helpful and accommodating. Highly recommended you book this apartment for your stay in Venice.

Contro: The shower was a bit small, but we managed.

Pro: Beautiful apartment at a great location. I did not meet the owner but I had a great communication with him via the phone. Highly recommended!

A lovely 4-night stay in a beautiful city.

Pro: Excellent location and very good range of facilities. Host very helpful indeed.

Contro: We should have preferred a door between the two sleeping areas, for greater comfort/privacy.

Great appartment in a great location, very nice and helpful landlord.

Pro: Beautiful and spacious rooftop-appartment in a quiet but yet central and lively area. We very much enjoyed the terrace, the cosy and artful Interieur of the flat as well as the location with a bakery and some restaurants and mini/supermarkets very nearby. Great location for visiting the biennale, only 10 min to Marcus square as well and 3 min to waterbus stops. We appreciated the airconditioning, although the flat did not seem to heat up quickly anyway. We had a perfect stay in this flat in Venice and will come back if possible!

Contro: Some parts of the apartment already look a little worn, but everything functions very well. We weren’t bothered by that at all, as It gives the place a bit „bohemian style“ … The shower has only a thin jet of water, but the temperature can be adjusted very well!

Loved this apartment.

Pro: Lovely spacious apartment with cute roof terrace. Would stay again. Very comfortable and in an excellent spot for local eateries. Just the right distance away from the mad crowds of St Mark's. Very communicative owner. Easy key collection.
