Pro: Tutto molto bene, struttura, posizione e proprietari.

Pro: The location was perfect for us. It was in a quiet and safe area close to the parks which was great for our 2 year old. Also a few minutes walk to the main attractions. Simonetta was also very friendly and accomodating. The apartment was very clean and had what we needed for a comfortable stay.

Contro: nothing.

Pro: property was comfortable, very good breakfast. Ricardo- shuttle driver - was very nice and polite.

Contro: location, quite far. At night - if you miss the shuttle then difficult to get a taxi, from metro station.

Pro: Great location, away from the busy area, but close enough to walk to all of it! Host was incredibly nice and met us at the vaporetto drop off from the airport.

Contro: It was hard to find, google maps sent us to the wrong place so get off at Arsenale and have them meet you to find it the first time. The internet was a little slow for watching our kids shows. But honestly, it was a great place to stay so don't let this deter you.

Pro: Clean,comfortable,homely. Very venetian area and close to shops and restaurants. Owners are very nice and polite and met us at the boat to walk us to the apartment. I would highly recommend 👌

Pro: I have never had a better host than Simonetta and her husband! Truly! My sister has a motor disability and they were very friendly and they helped us already before our arrival with our special needs. We are very grateful! The appartement is cozy and very practical, you have all you need and it's s very good located in a nice disctrict where Venetian people lives. Definitively recommeded for a family of a group of friends!

Pro: Great location. Warm. Quiet. Close to all places of interest but in a quiet area. Shops and restaurants are nearby.

Contro: A little bit firm mattrasses and steel kettle on electric stove (it takes time), electric kettle would be better. All the rest is great. The host is absolutely great.

Amazing apartment in great location.

Pro: Great location, in a quiet street but very close to restaurants, bars, cafes, supermarket and the touristy parts of Venice. The hosts were amazing, contacted us beforehand to advise how to get to the apartment and then met us at the ferry bus wharf. The apartment was very cute and had everything we needed and more. It was warm. It made our trip to Venice a wonderful experience.

Pro: Our stay here was perfect. The hosts could not have been more welcoming or helpful, the apartment was very clean and comfortable. It had everything we might need. We enjoyed staying in a quieter area than the centre, and yet it was so well connected. All round we highly recommend staying at this apartment!
