Large apartment in a fantastic location

Pro: The host was very helpful with directions to the apartment and we appreciated that he organised someone to meet us even though it was late at night. The apartment itself was spacious, clean and in an excellent location.

Contro: After staying at a number of other properties across Europe, we really noticed the lack of finishing touches such as a couple of bottles of water in the fridge and body soap in the bathroom. I’m not sure whether it was a “Venice” thing but we were not allowed to use the washing machine in the apartment…which was a first on our travels. I know Venice is not a cheap location but as this was one of the more expensive accommodations we booked in Europe, a couple of homely gestures would have been nice.

Pro: Appartement bien situé au centre-ville à mi-chemin entre la gare , l'arrivée des autocars et la place St -Marc. Appartement idéal pour une famille de 5 à 6 personnes. Le propriétaire est disponible et réactif.

Pro: El personal fue siempre muy amable y resolvió siempre. Solo nos hospedamos un día pero estaba bastante bien apartamento.

Pro: Hola, el personal fue muy atento, tanto Francesco, como su asistenta nos atendieron genial. Por temas de retraso en el vuelo llegamos más tarde y nos esperaron hasta que llegamos. La atención telefónica fue exquisita, en todo momento estuvieron en contacto con nosotros y dando algunas indicaciones para llegar, fueron super amables!! En cuanto a las instalaciones, estaban muy bien, las camas super cómodas y la ubicación perfecta. Solo como sugerencia, si le diría a Francesco, que tuviera en cuenta que no había TV, ni microondas, pienso que debería tenerlos, por lo demás todo fantástico!! Totalmente recomendable!! Muchísimas gracias, por todo!!

A very comfortable apartment in an awesome location.

Pro: Excellent location. 1st (ground) floor: kitchen and living/dining room with a table and couch, rather large bath with shower and bidet. 2nd floor: big bedroom with QS bed, closets, table, chairs. 3rd Floor: bedroom with 3 or 4 beds, plus a toilet. All three beds we used were super comfy, with great mattresses. Bedding and towels fresh and clean. Black-out shutters in both bedrooms. We did not use the kitchen, but it was well-equipped. Plumbing and AC worked well. The place was clean, the owner and his assistant very nice and helpful. The street was quiet at night. Good instructions for getting to the address. The closest vaporetto station is S. Toma. Also a walkable distance from Piazzale Roma.

Contro: The bathroom needs some hooks for towels.
