Sweet Apartment Frari

Pro: Appartamento pulito e confortevole, in una zona centrale e comoda per tutte le principali attrazioni. Sistemazione perfetta per una famiglia o per due coppie avendo due stanze matrimoniali separate. Marco e sua moglie sono stati molto gentili e disponibili.

Appartamento accogliente e arredato con gusto

Pro: Bellissima mansarda arredata con gusto. Ambienti adatti a 2 coppie o una famiglia di 4 persone, noi eravamo in 5 e siamo stati benissimo. Posizione poco distante dalla stazione e a 10 minuti da Rialto, zona tranquilla ma ottimale per spostarsi ovunque. Propietario sempre disponibile e pronto per qualsiasi esigenza. Consigliatissimo

Best accomodation we have had in our 21 day trip so far

Pro: This is an outstanding choice. In terms of location it is a 9min walk from the main bus/tourist pick up stops on one side and another 9 mins to the train station on the other. It is surprisingly easy 15 mins walk to san Marco. Being in sao Paolo the restaurants are cheaper and get better value for money. A supermarket is also close by. We managed to get daily specials a pasta and glass of wine or beer for 13 Euro a Margherita pizza for 9 Euro that can feed 2. The food in venice is outstanding. The accomodation is extremely comfortable well air, 2 very well sized rooms. The Ac works perfectly, there are 2. Small kitchenette is more than adequate although a toaster would be handy. Bathroom and amenities is 5 star Just be mindful of narrow passage way and narrow flight of stairs. It was fine for us but may not suit other travelers. Thankyou Marco, hopefully we will be back

Cost/benefit was amazing!

Pro: Marco and Natalia are great hosts. He received us at apartment, explained everything and helped us on some questions that we had. All the time I asked him some question by message I got an answer less than ten minutes. The apartment is well equipped, including a Nespresso machine. It was very clean and located a 10 min walk from Santa Lucia Station. Neighborhood is quiet and You can easily found restaurants, bar, gelateria, drugstore, supermarket, etc. WiFi is amazing!

Lovely apartment in the heart of Venice

Pro: Marco was so nice and helpful (even answer my call- nearly 10 p.m when we get lost). The apartment was better than our expectation. Venice is very safe, not like the way our host in Netherland told us. Thanks Marco for the great hospitality.

Contro: It's not about the apartment but I wish the vaporetto (waterbus) in Venice use electricity like in Giethorns. It would be less noisy so we can enjoy Venice especially in midnight.

Pro: Very clean, white color is very good for the old house, interesting vibe) good location in the center of Venice) very comfortable bed and pillows)

Contro: Not enough storage places, and maybe will be good to add the sofa) this place is not allowed for the old people or for people with the big suitcases because of the small old stairs)

the property and host were exceptional, I would 100% recommend this apartment!
