Struttura signorile splendidamente arredata!

Pro: Struttura stupenda arredata con gusto, molto spaziosa e perfettamente attrezzata. Molto comoda per 6 persone. Posizione top.

Pro: Bellissima casa molto confortevole e spaziosa in ottima posizione

Pro: Camere e bagno comode Cucina e soggiorno accogliente

Contro: Un consiglio e una info per la manutenzione … cambiare tappetino bagno oramai usurato e non adatto al numero di persone che la casa accoglie Il citofono non funziona e quando si è in più persone sarebbe utile non scendere una rampa tortuosa per aprire ogni volta.

Pro: Casa vicino al centro. Silenziosa, facilemente raggiungibile. Camere spaziose e climatizzate. I gestori molto gentili e disponibili.

Un affascinante appartamento veneziano

Pro: Si tratta di un appartamento dove la proprietaria viveva ed è quindi ben curato, con una cucina comoda e rifornita, un bell'arredamento e molto particolare, una scala molto scenografica che è parte della casa. Ci si può stare comodi in 6 persone. Uno dei due bagni è spazioso, mentre il secondo, in realtà, è proprio di servizio. La zona è comoda per raggiungere la stazione dei bus e dei treni, la sera è molto carino Campo Santa Margherita, con alcuni locali e pieno di studenti. Per raggiungere il centro a piedi ci vogliono una ventina di minuti. Da questa zona conviene prendere un traghetto.

Contro: Noi ci siamo stati all'inizio di dicembre ed era un pochino freddo in casa. Suggerirei di cambiare i cuscini dei letti, un po' vecchi e vuoti

Decisamente da consigliare!!

Pro: Un appartamento molto accogliente, pulito, silenzioso ed in perfetta posizione per visitare Venezia, centro e non ! Ottimo appartamento sia per un soggiorno con famiglia o con amici .

Couldnt have chosen better and I would recommend this to anyone

Pro: You couldnt ask for a better location, central to everything on the island, and building had such character.

Contro: Cant think of much

Pro: Location was excellent, and the host was exceptionally helpful, meeting us at the property to explain everything.

Contro: Whilst only a small issue the TV was a small one, we had a sporting event to watch.

Great location, great host, perfect place to base yourself for a few days

Pro: Perfect location to immerse yourself in the local area. The check in process was very good and communication was easy and frequent. The apartment was well supplied and easy to access (if you have difficulty navigating stairs maybe choose somewhere else. We would recommend families to stay here and we will certainly book again when in Venice.

Contro: The main living area first thing in the morning was a little cold on the feet - due to the cold coming up the stairs. The heating in the apartment is sufficient in winter to keep you warm though. Also opening the windows the winter sun coming in heats enough during the day

Amazing house

Pro: The hosts were treating us not like tourists, but rather like family members visiting. The vibe of the house was the same - it feels like home, but not like a tourist place. We were met at the doors of the house and received a tour around the rooms and instructions on using the facilities. We could use and regulate heating as we liked it. The kitchen is perfectly equiped even for longer stays. The house itself is marvelous - a mixture of historical architecture and more or less modern facilities. And it is huge as well. There is abundance of cafes and restaurants in 2 minutes walk. And there is a supermarket 4 minutes away.

Contro: It would be better to have modern pillows. A bit pricey, but it was worth it.
