Pro: Appartamento bellissimo, pulito e caldo . Posizione perfetta , silenziosa . Letto comodo. Noi non abbiamo mangiato a casa ma c’era tutto l’occorrente di stoviglie per poterlo fare .

Contro: Cuscini non avevano una via di mezzo . Lasciare a disposizione qualche tisana .

Appartamento consigliato.

Pro: Appartamento molto spazioso, arredato con gusto, comodo e caldo. Vicino alla fermata Orto in una zona di Venezia autentica e fuori dalla confusione del centro. Letti comodi e buona pulizia. La sig.ra Lucia disponibile e cordiale.

Contro: Un leggero odore di muffa.

Pro: Bellissimo appartamento, recentemente restaurato e situato in una zona stupenda di Venezia. Comodo da raggiungere dall'aeroporto e vicinissimo dalla fermata Orto. Struttura molto pulita e arredata con molto gusto. Il proprietario è stato gentilissimo e veramente disponibile.

Beautiful apartment!

Pro: Great location! A lovely ground floor apartment, full of traditional charm, exactly as described, gave us the flexibility and freedom to explore Venice

Contro: The only criticism was a bit of noise from the people in the flat upstairs

Great location to explore a beautiful city

Pro: Loved the location of the apartment, super close to the waterboat stop so easy to get to with luggage, and quick to get to the Vaporetto to get to Burano, Murano and explore more of the city. We travelled with a family member who struggles to walk fast or far, so this was perfect. There is a great restaurant just outside the apartment and just a quick walk away there are a number of restaurants and bars offering a more local feel than the busier areas of the city. The rooms were spacious and the lounge and kitchen was beautifully decorated. The communication was very informative.

Contro: The bath/shower in the en-suite bathroom is interesting.... the house smelt a bit musty, but most likely, most places in Venice do. We missed the more personal communication that we had from other apartments that are more owner managed, but the communication was still great and we had everything we needed.

Value for money

Pro: It is a very interesting place that combines modern amenities with classic venetian decor. We loved that it had 2 bedrooms and that it was in a quiet neighbourhood with a vaporetto stop very near by. Also, very good value for money.

Lovely stay in a beautiful historic apartment in a fabulous part of Venice

Pro: Lovely single floor apartment in a fantastic location. 5 mins walk from the vaporetto stop and close to lots of lovely bars and restaurants. Very quiet area. Bed comfy and excellent shower in one of the rooms (other was a bit odd!)

Contro: Small things could be improved. There weren't really any washing up facilities (no liquid or tea towels), there was a dishwasher but we weren't really using enough crockery to warrant it. There was only one key for the air con / lighting so if we went out separately we had to time our return.

Pro: Anna was very, very helpful and friendly and we really appreciated her recommendations. The beds were comfy, everything was clean and confortable.

Contro: It was really difficult with the bathrooms - one has a really awkward bathtub, where is impossible to stand. The other has only a head shower, where is difficult not to get your hair wet.

Great location with local vibes.

Pro: Nice friendly greeting by Anna who let us into the property, good communication. It’s convenient as you can just get the orange very to there from the airport and it is the first stop. Property is situated in a slightly off the beaten track neighbourhood if such a thing can exist in Venice. This was very welcome as the restaurants and general area had a more laid back local and authentic feel. We felt we lucked out despite the longer walks to the main attractions. The flat was good, clean and tidy with all the promised amenities. Pros well out way the cons.

Contro: The only negatives would be it is a little cramped in places (bathroom for instance) and there is not much natural light that can be let in as it has very few windows.

Would recommend the apartment - great size, comfortable, clean and helpful host. Great location.

Pro: Apartment self catering. Great location near ferry and walking distance to all the main sites. The apartment was large and well decorated. Kitchen well equipped.

Contro: Wasn’t keen on the style of bath but the shower was great.
