Excellent gem of a place

Pro: The location was excellent. In the quieter cannareggio district. Away from the tourist areas. Quiet but plenty of cool bars and restaurants nearby. Apartment was clean, comfortable and well equipped. Great directions. All perfect

Super charming apartment in tranquil square close to buzzy bars and restaurants

Pro: We absolutely loved the location in Canareggio - it was in a charming, quiet square just one block back from the buzzy Fondamenta degli Ormesini with all the fun cichetti bars and good restaurants. It was an easy walk from the station and into San Marco but away from the crowd crush. It was also close to ferries to Murano and Burano. The apartment was super comfortable, great kitchen and very charming. Loved it.

Contro: I made the mistake of using the information on our booking confirmation about collecting the keys rather than checking further WhatsApp correspondence with the hosts about where/ how to collect the keys. Once I worked this out it was easy to collect the keys right at the front door to the property

Fabulous accommodation in a fabulous city!

Pro: Fabulous location in Venice - so great to get away from the crowds of the centro storico! Lovely restaurants nearby & the bonus small bar in the piazza below. Valentina was an excellent host and provided wonderful recommendations. She responded very quickly when we had an issue with a window in the apartment. Grazie mille Valentina!

Beautiful Apartment

Pro: Pretty central location in a nice quiet part of Venice. The apartment was stunning and had everything we needed. Would definitely recommend 🫶🏼

Great apartment in Venice

Pro: Very nice neighbourhood out of the crowded areas but still close to main attractions, clean and spacious apartment, easy check in/check out. Very nice communication with the apartment owner.

Pro: Great location on a pretty square near an airport water bus stop (Orto). Small pop up bar by the canal and nice restaurant on the corner. Walk over the bridge to more streets with lots of canal side restaurants and bars. Contact with host was excellent and Instructions on entry/ exit very clear. Pay the tourist tax to the agent before arriving to get self check in.

Contro: Nothing really. The wfi was intermittent but the owner kindly came out to fix it. Offered us a portable wfi when became clear it was likely to stay off due to heavy rain in the street cables.

Pro: if you like a quiet place far away from touristic crowds, this is the one. also the place is 5 min walk from water bus stop that takes you directly to the airport. there was coffee and selection of teas as well as drinking water filter, which was really handy. the flat is equipped very thoroughly. 2 bathrooms, hairdriers, tv, ac, etc. there is an aperol stall in front of the door, as well as a lot of nice cafes around. tiziano's house is the next door.

Contro: we were surprised with the house rules: to wash the dishes and take out trash. later a venetian explained me the trash problem: there are no trash bins in the city, it is collected manually from every door. but i still don't get the dishes thing if you pay 250 eur a night.
