Pro: I punti forti: la posizione, che è davvero ideale, la casa, tipicamente antica veneziana spaziosa, comoda, con piccolo giardinetto interno, bollitore, lavatrice, wifi etc., Consiglio!

Contro: Punto debole: la pulizia! Si devono fare delle migliorie perché tutto il resto merita, è buono sia per una vacanza di gruppo che di famiglia.

Pro: Posizione ottima. La casa vecchio stile veneziano molto affascinante. Affacciandosi dalla finestra si è sul canale

Contro: I materassi erano un po' scomodi ,ma per il resto tutto ok

Pro: The place was huge. Lots of space and beds Beautiful garden Nice bathroom. Lovely looking furniture

Contro: Toilet door didn't close so we didn't use it at all.

Lovely well sized apartment outside of the hussle and bussle of Venice.

Pro: The host was very accomodating, we got stuck in traffic on the way to Venice and arrived 1 hour late and they still helped us. The location is great, all the bedroom windows look out over the cannal where the Venice hospital is and we could see the ambulance boat going in and out. It is very well located. The outside patio area was also lovely to sit and get some fresh air or read a book.

Contro: The kitchen needs some new utencils and pots and pans. We enjoy making our own food and meals and would have liked to use the gas stove more but the pots were not in great condition and the plates and untelcils were all mismatched. thre also seemsed to be small signs of ware and tear that didn't seem to be neccessary and that could easlily be repaired to make the apartment look glorious.

Pro: Wonderful Family Stay in a Beautiful Traditional Home We had an excellent stay at this beautiful traditional place. The classic furniture added a charming touch to the experience. Our host was fantastic and even adjusted her schedule to accommodate us. The location was perfect, conveniently close to everything we needed. As a family of five, we found the accommodation very spacious, with beautiful views of the canal from the bedrooms. The beds were very comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep for everyone. Additionally, the outside seating area was a wonderful bonus. Overall, we found this to be excellent value for money and couldn’t fault anything.

Contro: Didn’t have a kettle had to boil the pan every morning for are hot drinks

A lovely traditional place in a excellent location.

Pro: A beautiful, traditional place to stay, with period charm and classical furniture. The location is excellent and we enjoyed the views onto the canal from two of the bedrooms. A lovely and social space.

Contro: Some parts of the apartment are a little tired and need a bit of attention. For example the door to the second bathroom didn’t shut.

Pro: Everything was great. Stuff really nice and helpfull.

Ce pourrait être une location idéale, mais ...

Pro: Emplacement très bien par rapport au centre ville et par rapport à l'embarcadère pour l'aéroport. Appartement spacieux, avec une immersion dans le style vénitien.

Contro: Une vitre de fenêtre manquante dans une chambre (donc bruit et froid) Porte de salle d'eau/WC ne ferme pas (non-seulement ne ferme pas mais reste ouverte malgré l'attache/ficelle !) Fauteuils et rideaux déchirés et sales Un volet du salon condamné fermé Pas de pression au lavabo salle d'eau L'appartement est propre mais n'est plus entretenu.

Pro: Lo mejor del alojamiento es lo cerca que está de los sitios de interés turístico, puedes ir caminando. También la casa es muy grande, perfecto para una familia.

Contro: El sitio estaba limpio pero podría estar mejor

Pro: Super Lage, tolle Wohnung und wunderbare Kommunikation mit der Location. Man nahm schnell Kontakt mit uns auf und gab uns Tipps für die Anreise (Wasser-Bus Fahrplan ect.)

Contro: Die Möbel im Wohnzimmer (Couch, Sessel sind schon sehr als und durchgesessen. Hat aber dadurch auch den venezianischen Charme! 😉
