Nice apartment well located for a good base to visit Venice
Pro: It is well located and easy to get to the airport via the water bus service and 15 -20 min walk from main attractions. The apartment was clean, looked modern and fairly equipped. The host did contact me in advance and provided useful info
Contro: Took a bit longer to get hot water at the start, the bathroom basin was a bit clogged and the kitchen would be better off with a frying pan. The entrance door of the building was a bit tricky but once you get the knack of it was fine

Nice conveniently located clean apartment in the middle of Venice
Pro: Comfortable, clean and bright apartment in a quiet and convenient location. Five minutes away on foot from Fondamente Nove, where you can catch a boat to the nearby Marco Polo airport or to other interesting places.

Venice is Amazing.
Pro: The location to shops, the laundromat and the tour I booked. I enjoyed having the kitchen facilities available. The kitchen was had lots of utensil etc available. I felt very safe in the area as a solo traveller and appreciated this very much. Carla was helpful.
Contro: I found it tricky locking and unlocking the door. I think more a 'me\

Ideal location and ideal apt for a short stay. Not suitable if you have large suitcases.
Pro: Although extremely small it had everything we needed for our short stay. Its location was ideal. Only a few streets away from busy walkways shops and piazzas. Nice and quiet at night.
Contro: Our suitcases (23kg size each) had to lay on the floor in the bedroom and I had to move the small chair into the kitchen. Very tight for space. The bedroom floor was dusty. Needs a wall shelf in the bathroom for personal products.

Amazing
Pro: Nice cozy apartment. Very clean ( i think we were the first ones who stayed there) Very quiet place Very close to city center (10 min walking) You have all the appliances you need (washing machine, oven, stove, microwave, dishes, air conditioning We stayed in February and the heating was working properly Very nice host, very friendly, always helpful when you need Easy check in - check out I highly recommend it We will return for sure

Pro: We had a fantastic stay at this apartment in Venice! The place is brand new, beautifully renovated, and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The interior is modern and stylish, making it feel like a home away from home. The location is great—close to the main attractions but in a quiet area where we could relax after a day of exploring. Everything was clean, well-maintained, and thoughtfully prepared for guests. A special thanks to Massimo, who greeted us upon arrival, explained everything, and made check-in super easy. The hosts were very responsive and helped with any questions we had throughout our stay. Overall, we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. We highly recommend this place and would love to come back!

Pro: Estava molt cèntric I tenia tot el necessari. Estava situat edifici antic però el pis estava restaurat de manera senzilla però correcte.
Contro: Ara actualment tots els apartments et deixen kit de Benvinguda com pot set café, infusió, magdalena…..no és el preu si no el detall. Aquest no hi havia cap detall.

Pro: Мы с мужем впервые останавливались в Венеции и эта квартира оставила самые чудесные впечатления! Всё было рядом - и достопримечательности, и супермаркет и вкусные рестораны! Мы провели незабываемые три дня) остановка вапоретто в 2 минутах от дома, кухня полностью экипирована, дом находится в тихом переулке, спать было очень комфортно!
Contro: В квартиру могут залетать комары, поэтому мы купили таблетки от комаров и спали спокойно

Perfect for a relaxing week in Venice.
Pro: Lovely location in quiet residential area of Venice. Perfect for our stay. The bed was so comfortable. Laura is so helpful and gave us wonderful recommendations, and made sure we arrived safely.
Contro: Just because of the humidity, the inside was prone to have a lot of bugs, even when the windows were all closed. But nothing unmanageable.
