Pro: Appartamento spazioso ubicato in zona tranquilla e a pochi minuti a piedi dalle principali attrazioni. Anche la fermata del vaporetto (F.te Nove) è molto comoda e vicina. Due camere spaziose e due bagni molto grandi danno la possibilità a due nuclei familiari amici di soggiornare senza limitazioni. Anche sala e cucina sono un ambiente molto grande e vivibile. Host disponibile e puntuale nelle comunicazioni. Consigliato.

Pro: casa grande e ben arredata, in zona centrale ma tranquilla, cucina completa di ogni accessorio, wifi molto efficiente

Contro: essendo l'appartamento al piano terra l'umidità si è fatta sentire, e il riscaldamento limitato a 22° si è dimostrato insufficiente i condizionatori, pur presenti, non operavano nella modalità \

Pro: Great location. Modern, comfortable, and stylish apartment with everything we needed for a lovely family holiday in Venice.

Pro: Super apartment. Even nicer than the pictures. Easy to walk everywhere. Lots of nice local restaurants. Easy to get to from the airport on the vaparetto. Agent was lovely also.

Pro: The location was perfect — we truly enjoyed the local vibe and really felt the spirit of Venice!

The stay in Venice and at the property is memorable.

Pro: Location was ideal for us an easy access to the Ferry. And move around the island. The host Rossana was exceptionally helpful. Was very kind in guiding us giving right tips to go around.

Contro: Having an airing stand would have helped to dry wet clothes

Great stay in an amazing interiorly renovated apartment

Pro: Amazing apartment with great conditions for a big family and full of high end furniture and housing stuff. Very good air conditioning and an outstanding boarding even tough online from the owner.

Contro: The only remark was that we were surprised by constructions in the apartment next to us (starting early enough in the morning- 8am) which noise was so loud that it seems they would come in from the walls at any moment.

Excellent location and a lovely personal greeting and introduction by Mr Fabio.

Pro: Excellent location from which to explore Venice. Near a water bus stop which gets you from airport, train station and wider islands.

Contro: Nothing. It’s functional and what it’s says you get, you get.
