Pro: Posizione perfetta per ospedale. Quartiere tranquillo. Appartamento carinissimo, con tutti i servizi. Staff disponibile e gentile.

Overall I will recommend it. We had wonderful stay.

Pro: The location was perfect, nice neighborhood, at night it was alive but not to crowded. Easy access and easy to find. Easy communication with the host. Clean toilet. Most of the places were on walking distance. Overall all good.

Contro: I didn’t like the marks of killed mosquitoes on the walls. Some of the dishes were not washed properly with leftovers so I needed to rewash everything. Two separate mattresses on a double bed it wasn’t very comfortable sleeping.

Pro: Location was excellent, calm and very cozy. Really great restaurants nearby and boat station few meters away. I appreciate that there is a kitchen and all the equipment with it.

Contro: Just a smelly water coming from the shower drain. Otherwise there is nothing else to mention.

Contro: It would be great to have mosquito protection, like screens on the windows or other devices, as there were quite a lot of them inside.

Pro: Location is great, easy access to everywhere, nearby supermarkets, stores, coffee places, very, very quiet at night despite being in line of sight with the hospital. A short stroll to Rialto, San marco, Murano and other islands with a big transport hub nearby. all of which make this place very convenient. Very easy to communicate with the hosts and very prompt response on their end if issues arise. Very fast internet, too.

Wonderful and totally what I needed.

Pro: The directions for arrival - and the personal attention that the host offered.

Contro: I'd prefer a personal massage and a view - but that seems out of the offer.

Great location, kind host, comfy apartment, would stay again.

Pro: Location is great, 5 min to vaporetto stop and walking distance to many shops, restaurants and attractions, apartment is comfy with everything you need, host always replied super fast and kind.

Contro: Steep stairs to get to the apartment (our was in 3rd floor), not nice with bags and tired after a long trip.
