Pro: Amazing location and extremely comfortable, nice, excellent choice for a family trip.

A real gem in the heart of Venice

Pro: Spacious and stylish with lots of room, including a fully equipped kitchen. Quiet but only a few minutes from San Marco. Listen to the bells ringing.

Contro: 5 flights up is something to consider but it's well worth the climb.

Everything about this apartment was fabulous!

Amazing Location, amazing host and a comfortable house!

Pro: The location is amazing since it's so close to the Piazza San Marco. The house has everything needed for a comfortable stay and the host was amazing! The host responded fast and helped us a lot during the stay and even gave tips for transport!

Contro: There is no elevator and the house is on the last level of the building, making it a bit harder for people traveling with luggage.

Pro: Everything was perfect, location, cleanliness style.

Contro: I would have given it a 10 instead of a 9 if it had a clothes washing machine.

Excellent apartment in a good location. Not suitable if you struggle with climbing stairs.

Pro: It was clean and spacious. Everything was provided, toiletries etc. Very good location just off St Marks square.

Fantastic appartment, very spacious, aircon was great, location is fantastic.

Pro: The video of how to enter was perfect, I think without that it would have taken us much longer to work it out.

Contro: The only negative was the 5 flights of stairs. Being young people we managed well but if we were old this would be difficult. From what I hear this is very normal for Venice.

Pro: The location of this property was amazing, the location could not have been better. It was within walking distance from all the main spots. The cleanliness of the property was amazing and felt like we really hit the jackpot with this find. Lidia was the best host, she was very responsive and provided so much useful information to help us enjoy the trip. I would definitely recommend it to anyone!

Perfect for a family

Pro: This place was perfect for our needs, perfect location so close to St Mark's square. But down a quiet side street. With the double glazed windows you can't hear any street noise. Lots of space and so well equipped. A kitchen if you want to do cooking or food preparation. There is a small supermarket very close. On the top floor with views onto a canal. Lidia, was extremely helpful.

Contro: This place is highly rated. Be prepared to carry your cases up 5 flights of stairs.
