San Giacomo Apartment

Pro: Appartamento molto grande e ben arredato. La cucina sembrava avere tutto l'occorrente (abbiamo usato solo le tazze x la colazione). Vicino alla stazione quindi ottimo per arrivare in treno e raggiungerlo a piedi. Comunicazione coi gestori senza problemi. Nelle vicinanze presenti bar, ristoranti e supermercato.

Contro: Bisogna camminare un po' per raggiungere i principali luoghi di attrazione, per noi non era un gran problema perchè conosciamo Venezia e sappiamo che c'è da camminare molto sempre, ma è da tener presente se invece si volesse esser più centrali durante il soggiorno

Pro: L’appartamento è spazioso, confortevole e pulito, con il giardinetto privato e molto piacevole per rilassarsi. C’è tutto il necessario per stare semplicemente bene. La posizione è tranquilla e comodissima. Anna, che mi ha accolto, è stata gentilissima, professionale e molto reattiva, ha trovato soluzioni a tutte le richieste, anche quelle impreviste. In poche parole - un bel posto dove stare bene.

Pro: L'appartamento è accogliente, in posizione comoda alla stazione ma in zona silenziosa. La persona che ci ha accolto è stata gentilissima sia prima dell'arrivo che dopo la partenza. Grazie

Very nice flat with great location and freindly owner

Pro: Its location is perfect, near the train station, it’s a large flat and it has everything you need to relax.

Contro: Its shower room could be more clean. The curtain has to be changed. TV didn’t connect

Great and cozy apartment in a good location of Venice.

Pro: The location was amazing, next to a square with supermarket, bars, restaurants and breakfast places. Very convenient, but also quiet at night. Clean house, did an early check in and the host was very helpful with everything.

Contro: There wasn’t anything to dislike.

A very sweet airbnb right in the community of Venice. Super close to many things.

Pro: Location was great! Felt like we lived there! Very spacious. Sat on the lovely terraza in the sunshine. Near restaurants and groceries. Host was lovely. Apartment was really nicely decorated.

Contro: Coffee capsules could have been available for the morning.

Pro: The area is nice, restaurant is 50 m from the appartment, a supermarket 100 m and plenty restaurants close by. There is a 20 min walk to St. Mark's square and 10 mins to Piazzale Roma. The appartment comes with a small garden and a tarrance.

Contro: The shower is quite small and the bedroom is a bit dark but not much can be done about that. One thing that couls be done is that there could be something to fight the mosquitos, we got bitten heavily on our first night.

I highly recommend this apartment. The positive aspects of the apartment outweigh the negative ones.

Pro: The apartment's location is excellent! It's just a 9-minute walk from the train station and only 20 minutes away from St. Mark's Square. Moreover, there is a supermarket nearby, and a square with cozy restaurants is right next to the apartment. The apartment itself is very clean, spacious, and decorated in a pleasant Italian style.

Contro: 1) We were unable to reach the apartment until 11 pm because of late flight. The owner wanted to charged 50 euros for the late hour key handover. This situation was inconvenient for me, and I had to book another hotel for the first night of my stay in Venice. The keys are only available for pick up between 3-6 pm. This can be very inconvenient for tourists who have to adapt to the owners' schedule. They don't have a lockbox or any other modern devices to facilitate the key handover. 2) The apartment's boiler has a capacity of 50 liters, which is sufficient for one person to take a shower. However, if you plan to wash your hair, please note that you may end up finishing with cold water. Furthermore, the next person using the shower will need to wait for at least an hour to allow the boiler to heat up again. 3) This is a minor issue, but it is unpleasant. The apartment did not provide small essentials such as tea, shampoo, and body soap. This can be inconvenient for guests who are traveling on a low-cost with backpacks. 4) There is a significant delay in receiving responses from Anna. Sometimes, her responses arrive the next day when they are no longer relevant.

Kleinigkeiten könnten besser sein

Pro: Sehr gute Lage, Schlüssel Übergabe hat gut geklappt, Garten und Terrasse sind sehr nett.

Contro: Wegen unserer Anreise mit dem Zug nach 19:00uhr gab es eine extra Gebühr von € 50.- , die Kaffee Maschine funktioniert schlecht, noch eine Kapsel vorhanden, keine Geschirrspültabs mehr da, Toiletten Sitz wackelig, alles Kleinigkeiten, aber im Urlaub etwas ärgerlich.

Pro: Tot i que vam arribar més tard del que teníem previst l'Anna ens va rebre amb la màxima amabilitat.
