Great hidden gem in a local neighbourhood within walking distance to everything
Pro: It's located in a quiet area with locals. Plenty of resturants within a few min walk and safe to walk around at night. 10min walk from the train station. Washing machine is a bonus. Great communication, met us on check in.
Contro: There is only 1 shower downstairs. No TV downstairs in the loungeroom, only in the main bedroom.

Pro: A comfortable and well equipped flat. We had a problem with heating the flat but the managers sorted it out quickly and to our satisfaction.
Contro: The central heating needed adjustment and there were no extra blankets but the managers sorted out both issues.

Great apartment to explore Venice
Pro: Good location, lots within walking distance - 3 mins to nearest ACTV water taxi stop, grocery shop and restaurants within 3 mins in the other direction, 15 mins to Rialto Bridge. Apartment was comfortable and well-equippef for 4 travellers.
Contro: Apartment maybe needs a little fresh paint - and some more mirrors please for us ladies especially! We were disappointed to find that the upstairs 'bathroom' was a toilet, bidet and washbasin but not shower, meaning that the only shower was in the downstairs bathroom over the bath. This was not clear from the description, although it may have got lost in translation.

A nice stay
Pro: The location was great, only 15 minutes on foot from the Grand Canal. You could find great restaurants really close to the house and a supermarket only a couple minutes away. The house was spacious and comfortable. The host was really nice to us, he let us check in much earlier and gave really helpful suggestions for our stay. We really liked the inner courtyard, had our breakfast there in the mornings.
Contro: The house was generally clean but it could have been better, it wasn't properly swept.

La esencia de Venezia.
Pro: La casa está muy bien ubicada. Al estar en Venecia llegamos en muy poco tiempo a cualquier lugar de la isla y podemos disfrutar de un paseo nocturno por sus calles vacías. La casa tiene todo lo necesario, incluido un pequeño patio que se puede usar para cenar al aire libre. La cocina tiene todo lo necesario y tiene un baño y un aseo en la planta superior. El único motivo para no darle un 10 es por el calor que hemos pasado en la casa (uno de los aires acondicionados no enfriaba), lo que nos ha impedido descansar como nos gustaría. Si vais en una época donde la temperatura sea menos calurosa, ésta es vuestra casa.
Contro: La climatización.

Pro: Un buen lugar, grandes espacios y bien equipado, las camas son muy cómodas y queda cerca de la estación de Santa Lucía. Aicha nos recibió y fué muy amable y nos dió todas las indicaciones de la casa. Existe AC en las dos piezas, además de baño en la parte superior junto a las piezas y otro abajo.
Contro: Que en una de las piezas el AC no refresca el ambiente ya que no está completamente cerrado y lo otro es la basura, teníamos que estar pendiente del recolector de basura, ya que uno la tiene que sacar del departamento, cómo no pasó antes del check out, tuvimos que salir a buscar donde dejarla por lo que nos paseamos por todo el camino a la estación para poder depositarla.

Pro: Çok şirin ve ferah bir ev. Bahçesi ve iki banyosu olması çok avantajlı. Güler yüzlü bir ev sahibi var her konuda çok yardımcı oldular. Botlara ulaşım çok kolay. Çok memnun kaldık bir daha venediğe gelirsek yine burada kalmak isteriz.

Pro: La ubicación la amplitud, la calefacción, las camas. La predisposición para solucionar una modificación en la reserva (Booking debería tener una manera más sencilla de agregar una noche. Tuve que llamar a Booking de Inglaterra y hablar con una operadora en inglés, porque no hablaba español).
Contro: Faltaría un Smart TV y (algo insólito) no hay un microondas. El único baño con ducha se encuentra en la planta inferior, mientras que las habitaciones están en la superior, lo que vuelve algo engorroso el tomar un baño.

A wonderful place to call home while exploring all that Venice has to offer.
Pro: This apartment was perfect for us. It was convenient to the train station and the vaporretto and we enjoyed walking all over Venice directly from the property. There was a nice little market close by which was very convenient. Being able to do a little bit of laundry was really helpful. We wished we had more time to enjoy the pleasant little courtyard!
Contro: We could occasionally hear a little bit of noise from a neighbor or someone passing by on the street but thankfully the area around the apartment is generally very quiet.

Pro: Das Apartment liegt in einer ruhigen Gegend, gegenüber eines Restaurants. Der Supermarkt ist naheliegend und bis zur nächsten Wasserbus-Station sind es auch nur ein paar Minuten zu Fuß . Es war alles sehr schön eingerichtet und von der Größe her übertreffend.
Contro: Die einzelnen Betten in einem der Schlafzimmer waren von geringer Qualität, man könnte eher sagen, dass es wackelnde Massagebetten wie von einem Schönheitssalon waren. Die Klimaanlagen in den beiden Schlafzimmern waren auffallend geräuschvoll, so dass wir nicht in Ruhe schlafen konnten.
