Pro: Abbiamo trovato tante coperte,altri cuscini,la cucina a scomparsa fantastica, c'era addirittura la lavastoviglie!bellissimo il balconcino sul tetto della camera di sopra. La posizione supercentrale,veramente a 2 Min a piedi dalla biennale. Nel complesso ci è piaciuta molto
Contro: Il letto della camera di sopra era un po' più piccolo e scomodo,nel bagno non c'è il bidet che per noi italiani è importantissimo 🤣

Overall a nice place in a very good location - good value for money :)
Pro: The property was very well located close to Giardini and Arsanale in a quiet area with few tourists. Also a very short ride away from Lido. The house was clean and comfortable for a short stay, a bit small, but that's to be expected in an old house in Venice. The terrace was small, but so nice to have!
Contro: The stove didn't work and so we couldn't make coffee in the morning, which was a bit disappointing. We didn't meet the host, even though the instructions on booking said we would be contacted. It was not a problem, but a bit unpersonal.

Pro: Location could’nt be better, very close to de biennale , lovely neighborhood , quiet , authentic and with all kind of facilities
Contro: For us it was perfect , but there are to staircases that could be hard for someone over 70

It was lovely nonetheless. It would have been nice if the sofa could be further utilised as a pull out bed with bedding,
Pro: It was close to the venice biennale and was away from the main streets, so it was nice and quiet
Contro: The air conditioning was not working, although the weather was a nice cool 16-18 degrees at night. Opening the windows widely would have invited mosquitos and flies in.

A great apartment to stay in, in a lovely area of Venice.
Pro: The location was great. It was in a lovely picturesque area which was within walking distance of the sights of Venice. The accommodation was comfortable with everything you need, comfy beds and hot shower. Little roof terrace was brilliant, great place to enjoy the sun. Host was responsive and kindly let us drop our bags early.

Sehr empfehlenswerte Unterkunft in einem angenehmen Umfeld.
Pro: Für einen Besuch der Biennale in den Giardini bzw. im Arsenale ist die Unterkunft perfekt - sie liegt nur wenige Minuten Fußweg entfernt. Auch die Via Garibaldi mit ihren Geschäften und gastronomischen Angeboten ist nur zwei Ecken entfernt, und im Ganzen ist Castello ein noch nicht ganz so überlaufener Sestiere der Stadt. Mit dem Vaporetto ist es, trotz der Lage im Osten der Stadt, auch problemlos ohne Umsteigen und recht flott vom Bahnhof S. Lucia zu erreichen (wie auch das Zentrum von Venedig). Das Apartment selbst ist wohnlich, und vor allem die Dachterrasse ein schöner Ort, um den Tag ausklingen zu lassen. Wir haben uns dort absolut wohl gefühlt!
Contro: Da ich schon eine Woche beruflich unterwegs war in Italien, bevor ich nach Venedig kam, war ich etwas enttäuscht, keine Waschmaschine in der Wohnung vorzufinden, die hätte mir bzw. meiner Reisegarderobe gut getan. Auch ist der Herd sehr klein, ein großer Topf und eine Pfanne haben schon keinen Platz nebeneinander, aber das ist für ein paar Tage aushaltbar und soll den guten Gesamteindruck nicht trüben.

Pro: Jeżeli chcesz uczestniczyć w Biennale ten apartament jest położony idealnie! Ma świetny mały balkonik! Bardzo ciekawa, przyjazna część Wenecji. Serdecznie polecam
Contro: Mole! Bardzo dużo moli ubraniowych, które niestety wróciły ze mną do domu :-(

Petite terrasse et quartier tranquille à 15-20 minutes de la Place St-Marc.
Pro: Petite terrasse et quartier vivant avec des gens de la place, pas uniquement des touristes. Accueil personnel de Horacio. Nous recommandons sans hésiter.

Pro: Die Unterkunft hat eine perfekte Lage für den Besuch der Biennale. Es war sauber und sehr gemütlich! Der Host war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Alles funktionierte absolut unkompliziert.
Contro: Die Treppen zur Wohnung sind sehr steil und schmal, somit nur für sehr mobile Menschen geeignet. Der Rest ist aber absolut wohnlich!
