Pro: Il d’acino di una casa che affaccia su un canale (piccolo e tranquillo). Posizione ottima

Contro: Un po’ buia ma nel complesso ottima soluzione

Pro: - come dalle foto, l'appartamento è restaurato e arredato con ottimo gusto - la posizione è ottima, si fanno pochi scalini per raggiungere il piano - la zona è molto carina, poco lontano è il Campo San Giacomo, che era in festa, con ottima musica dal vivo - l'appartamento ben equipaggiato e pulito

Contro: - occorre precisare che le chiavi NON sono sul posto (come invece era scritto nell'annuncio) ma vanno ritirate in zona completamente diversa, vicino alla ferrovia. Non abbiamo avuto problemi al ritiro, tutte le indicazioni erano molto chiare; tuttavia è più corretto dare le informazioni REALI, soprattutto PRIMA di una prenotazione con pagamento che non consente cancellazione. - sarebbe opportuno mettere delle zanzariere alle finestre; essendo luglio... abbiamo passato notti pressoché insonni per le zanzare!

Pro: Il posto è perfetto per girare a piedi la città, e la struttura è acvogliente

Pro: La posizione è ottimale per raggiungere i punti di interesse; è silenziosa, ma non adatta a persone particolarmente alte essendo i soffitti decisamente bassi (sotto i 2 metri)

Pro: The keys were very easy to find as they were put in a location where the shuttle drops people off from the airport and it wasn't that difficult to carry our 20kg luggage through Venice to reach the apartment. The location wasn't as close to tourist attractions but it was a lovely walk to get from one place to another with luggage storages being near

Contro: It was an excellent stay with only one issue which was resolved instantly. On our last night, we returned to find that our apartment had no electricity unlike the rest of the flats in the complex. This was quickly resolved by calling the organization and having to switch a few flips here and there, very simple.

Pro: Sehr gemütliche Ferienwohnung, gute Lage Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter via WhatsApp taugt mir zwar prinzipiell nicht sehr, hat aber gut geklappt.

Contro: Schade dass man keinen direkten Kontakt mit dem Vermieter hat.

Pro: Sehr urige Unterkunft, Vaporetto Station in der Nähe, sehr ruhig

Un emplacement très bien et quelques petits inconvénients dans le logement.

Pro: L'emplacement est bien centré à 5mn de la station San Stae, l'appartement est spacieux et bien équipé, l'accès à la porte d'entrée et à l'étage est bien. il y a un chauffage dans chaque pièce. L'environnement est peu bruyant. Dans la chambre le lit est bien, en mettant le chauffage sur 4 on a 19°. Dans le salon en mettant le chauffage sur 3.0 on a 19°. La salle de bain avec douche est bien. La kitchenette est bien équipée. Les fournitures consommables sont bien. Plusieurs commerces et restaurants à proximité. Pour faire les courses alimentaires il y a un supermarché COOP à 10 mn qui est trés bien. Si on va chercher les clefs avec des valises à la Piazzale Roma, il est préférable de prendre le bus ou le train.

Contro: Début Mars il fait un peu froid, il faudrait une grande couverture en plus sur le lit pour chauffer moins dans la chambre. Le réglage du chauffage du salon n'est pas facile. Il y a une odeur d'humidité dans la salle de bain qui revient vite après l'avoir aéré une journée. Le chauffage soufflant de la salle de bain ne fonctionne pas bien. Il y a de l'eau chaude pour 2 douches à suivre.

Pro: Adorei ser uma casa rústica. Pormenores muito engraçados. Casa super bem equipada. Não faltou nada!

Contro: Só a cabeça do chuveiro precisava de ser substituída. Mas duche é maravilhoso.
