La Felice Canal Grande

Was perfect, thank you for making our Venice trip special.

Pro: It was central to everything, amazing views, such a beautiful place to stay. Host was amazing, prompt at all times, happy to help in every way. Thank you for making our stay wonderful.

Contro: Nothing was everything we wanted and more

Great location, felt like we were “living “ in Venice. Would book again.

Pro: The feel of sitting by the two large windows watching Venice at work was hard to beat. Photos don’t really do justice to the feel of the living room

Contro: Hot water and thermostat were a little tricky but was quickly fixed. Instructions on check in explained the issue with a noisy boiler but didn’t mention that if you set too low a temperature during the day you might not get hot water. This was quickly resolved however.

Pro: Spectacular view of grand canal, comfortable interior, great location near historic landmarks

Pro: Perfect location. Mr Alvise was a good host. House was comfortable and secure. Kitchen was fully equipped. View and location are the best parts of our stay. wifi was working perfectly and easly setted up.

Contro: need a major revision for air conditioning. kitchen needs better cleaning.

Fantastic location.

Pro: Location. La Felice is all about its location. Looking out on the Grand canal. Very central yet quiet which made exploring easy.

Contro: Furnishings were a bit basic. No pictures on the walls. Bedrooms reminded me of student accommodation. Could be so made so much more comfortable

Venice as it is

Pro: Venice is magical and a unique place on the planet. Observing how Venice functions is something that every traveler should experience if they can. The location of this apartment allows for that, as it overlooks the Grand Canal and has a dock right at the foot of the living room windows. It’s a well-equipped apartment that clearly has a good flow of visitors but is still well-maintained. It’s comfortable, clean when we arrived, and our host (Alvise) was very kind, attentive, and provided everything with great detail, offering suggestions and recommendations. He also left us some food and drinks, which we greatly appreciated, both for being a nice hospitality gesture and for being delicious and useful. Venice is a very expensive city, and the apartment offers good value for its price.

Pro: Excellent location. Host very helpful and approachable. Tidy, simple but spacious apartment.

Venice is beautiful and well worth a visit and i would recommend this accommodation for the location and the amenities

Pro: The location is great, lots to see on the Gran Canal, I could have sat watching all day!

Perfect location for me and my two daughters. Water taxi can stop right outside the apartment at San Felice pier. Vapore

Pro: Wonderful position and views, right on the Canal Grande. Every amenity required less than 5 minutes walk away.
