Ottimo, appartamento ristrutturato ma un po’ logoro, pulizia potrebbe migliorare

Pro: Posizione strategica: relativamente vicina alla stazione (per chi non vuole prendere costosi taxi e arrivare a piedi con le valigie), ben connessa a tutto, vicina a supermercato, bar, farmacia e fornaio. Ottimo per chi viaggia in famiglia

Contro: Divano in salone lercio. Tavoletta WC con crepe e macchiata. Parete lato doccia con maioliche spaccate e gonfie (per l’umidità?). Alcuni mobili rotti (sedie e tavoli con gambe allentate, etc.)

Pro: Posizione ottima, appartamento grande e comodo, letti comodi e prezzo molto competitivo

Contro: Un solo bagno in un appartamento con 5 posti letto forse è poco, manca il bidet

Great location, clean and well prepared

Pro: Clean and well prepared for our arrival. Staff is responsive. Rooms were spacious and centralised ac was a plus. Location is great. Kitchen has got all the necessary utilities except microwave oven. Co op is just opposite.

Contro: Nothing to mention

Pro: The location was perfect. It was a walking distance from all attractions. There is a supermarket in front of the building. At night, it was a calm area.

Contro: There was no view from the apartment.

Feel like in home

Pro: Everything was prepared for us. It was so nice to feel like in home. If you want or need, you can use iron for excample. There was a lot of towels, soaps. We were nicely suprised :)

Lovely apartment😍 you will not regret it.

Pro: Very spacious and cozy and comfortable, absolutely amazing located, walkable to everywhere. The kitchen totally functional and spacious, wifi works perfectly.

Contro: The toilet had a funny smell, although it was cleaned, maybe try put an aroma in there, apart from that, everything was amazing.

Pro: Positives: The apartment is spacious, with fairly modern furniture and décor. The location is excellent, with a supermarket just across the walkway, McDonald's 50 meters away, and a pharmacy nearby. The apartment was clean, and we appreciated the bottled water, tea, and coffee provided. Negatives: Only a few rolls of toilet paper were supplied between five people, so we ran out quickly. No milk was provided. Additionally, there was some noise from renovations on the floor above that continued into the early evening. Overall: Despite the minor inconveniences, I highly recommend this property. 9/10.

Pro: L'emplacement est très bien .l'appartement est spacieux

Contro: Il manque une cafetière, un micro onde. Ce serait un plus.

Pro: Angenehme Größe des Apartments Lage an belebtem Viertel, dennoch ruhig zum Schlafen.

Contro: Für 3 Personen wären auch 3 Bettdecken fein... eine große für 2 ist bei uns Großen leider immer zu wenig/zu kurz/zu schmal.

Good experience and would like to stay here again next time

Pro: The apartment is big. Bedroom is quiet, clean. It located on main street and close to Venice S. Lucia train station. There is a supermarket just in front of the apartment gate. Super convenient to stay.

Contro: The dining table needs reinforcing; it's a bit wobbly. The rest are perfect.
